Nel cuore di Ortigia

Pro: È una casa nel centro di Ortigia, raggiungibile a piedi. L’appartamento è gradevole, ben ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Molto apprezzata la terrazza sul tetto. Alta reattività da parte dello staff che gestisce il numero whatsapp: hanno rimediato con tempestività all’assenza di una lampada da comodino, facendocela avere la sera successiva.

Contro: Il materasso è scomodo e andrebbe sostituito. Ho inoltre ipotizzato che, dietro il numero whatsapp, ci fosse un piccolo staff (o un chatbot distratto). Oltre a qualche incomprensione del testo, ad un certo punto la conversazione è passata inspiegabilmente dall’italiano all’inglese. Le conversazioni, pur essendo efficaci, erano anche un po’ assillanti.

Consiglio

Pro: Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro ed altro ancora. Posizione buona.

Perfect accommodation for travelling couple.

Pro: Central location, right in the old town, easy walk to everything. It’s a well renovated “cool” apartment. Good kitchen, dining table, comfortable bed, good bathroom…

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Beautiful flat in an amazing location. It had everything we needed.

Pro: Great location, whole place to ourselves. Hostess helped with parking, which is very difficult in Ortigia.

Beautiful place

Pro: Really comfortable, nice balcony to sit out with breeze. Modern and good air conditioning, lovely bed and great location.

Contro: Owner seemed to really care, although they was a lot of messages, maybe too many. Also we had to put bin out each night which I don’t expect to do when on holiday.

Great place to stay in the heart of Ortigia

Pro: Central location and amazing support over WhatsApp. The host tried to accommodate our every wish and gave us a lot of recommendations on restaurants and what to do in the area which was nice

Contro: The shower looked a bit old, although very clean

Brilliant stay!

Pro: Fabulous, clean property in brilliant location with all the amenities you could need! Lovely rooftop space for a quiet glass of wine! Quiet property but very close to all the action and great local restaurants! Book it - you won’t regret it!

Great modern and comfortable place

Pro: The location, the comfortable bed, and the great shower. The place is very quiet, and you have everything you need for a stay. The roof terrace is a good place, but I did feel overlooked from a window of one of the neighbours.

Contro: I did like it all, so this is more of a suggestion, a safe please would be helpful.

A lovely introduction to Syracuse. Cannot imagine anywhere better to stay.

Pro: Superb central location; very nice neighbourhood; smart, bright, spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed with a lovely roof terrace offering sun and shade. Hosts also advised on parking options, including valet, which was very useful. Don't miss the underground tour of San Filippo Church round the corner.
