Pro: Appartamento molto luminoso con stanze molto ampie e ottimo wifi

Contro: Ho notato scarsa pressione dell'acqua

Soluzione superlativa a Siracusa

Pro: Ottima posizione per visitare Ortigia senza essere disturbati dalla movida. Parco con giochi per bambini a 2 passi quindi ottimo per le famiglie. Disponibilità eccezionale da parte della gestione sempre pronta a risolvere ogni problema.

Contro: Magari andrebbero sostituiti gli infissi esterni (comunque funzionanti).

Pro: Ottima location, proprietaria molto gentile, casa pulita e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio!

Pro: Host was friendly and always available for information. Perfect location.Kitchen well supplied.

Contro: Lift was not working and we were located on the 2nd floor

Great location. Would book again.

Pro: The apartment was perfect for six adults and the location was great.

Contro: No elevator meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. This was fine for us but may be difficult for others.

Enjoyable base for a short break

Pro: Location good for town centre and acres of space. Facilities were good. quick response to questions and easy to locate apartment and keys

Contro: Stairs were a bit of a problem, there was no literature to help us on arrival e g, bus routes, good restuarants. english language tv channels. Website password dificult to input ( over 20 characters and small font )

Spacious and clean apartament in great location

Pro: The location is just perfect - 5 min walk and you are in Ortigia. You can park on the street or inside in the yard, if there's a place available. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Apartament is new and well equipped. Very spacious, and with 2 very clean bathrooms it was perfect for 6 people to stay comfortably (it can accomodate even 8). There's a window in each room so the apartament is very bright. Dining room with big table, hudge wardrobe in each of 3 bedrooms.

Contro: Small thing that can be easily fixed - poorly installed toilet seats, basically falling when you're sitting. Windows are old and not sound proof and there's bar next to apartament with music events (Thursday-Saturday) so if you're light sleeper take earplugs. There's also school, so at 7:40 it starts getting loud as the kids are waiting in front of the building - not a problem during school holidays. Not a big deal, but good to be aware.

Pro: Lokalizacja, blisko sklep i park, blisko do wyspy Ortigia. Na start woda i soki w lodówce od gospodarza obiektu. Śmieszna winda dobra do wyścigów. Trochę słychać ruch uliczny i ewentualna imprezę z muzyką w pobliżu.

Contro: Niestety odnoszę wrażenie że materace są zużyte . Są po prostu niewygodne. Zapadają się. Wrażenie spania w dziurze. Zapach z odpływów daje wiele do życzenia. Brak szczegółowej informacji co do opłaty lokalnej tzw. klimatyczne. Niespodzianka pod koniec wyjazdu zakończyła się dopłatą.
