Pro: Struttura in posizione strategica, in centro storico. Spaziosa e comoda, fornita di tutto. Vista dal balcone straordinaria di Modica. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, Fabrizio mi ha indicato luoghi e posti dove mangiare e da visitare. Consigliatissimo

Comfort in una zona bella e tranquilla

Pro: La casa è carinissima e confortevole. Dal balcone una bellissima vista del Duomo di San Giorgio e dei vicoli di Modica. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicina al centro. Fabrizio è sempre disponibile, con ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare a Modica.

Una bella vacanzina!

Pro: Posizione ottima per girare Modica a piedi, parcheggio in strada gratuito e facile da trovare. Casa completa di tutto, ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Il proprietario ci ha dato dei consigli molto apprezzati per cosa vedere e dove mangiare nei dintorni. Ottima base d’appoggio anche per visitare altri posti ! (Per esempio Ragusa, Scicli e le spiagge). Ringraziamo per aver accettato anche la nostra cagnolona.

Pro: Posizione super! Posteggiando nelle vie limitrofe, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile e ben posizionato! Visuale invidiabile su tutta Modica, bellissima da ammirare sia di mattina appena svegli che la sera con le luci calde della città. Casa molto accogliente con tutti i comfort tra cui, aria condizionata, WiFi, ferro da stiro, phon, asciugamani ma anche tè e caffè per eventuale colazione a casa. Fabrizio è stato gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato posti da visitare e ristoranti per pranzi e cene in loco e dintorni. Super consigliato!

Pro: Everything was perfect, the view was amazing. Nice and warm, I was here during a big storm and enjoyed myself :)

A Charming place for those who seek peace of mind

Pro: Very well equipped kitchen including some basic ingredients. The terrace with the city view is awesome for long mornings with a coffee. One of few places I would actually like to come back to.

Contro: You will have to climb some stairs to reach the facility, but this belongs to the old town.

Pro: The location was excellent, halfway between the upper town and the lower town. Right behind the church. The place was spotless and had most of the amenities that you needed. Great air conditioning, and the view was spectacular. Fabrizo was a great communicator and eagerly offered help and information.

Contro: I found the beds too firm for me. A few things were missing: a toaster an electric kettle, and a microwave would have improved the facilities no end. However, these did not detract from the overall stay.

Pro: We stayed at Casa Vacanze La Meridiana for three nights as a couple, and honestly, it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The location is absolutely superb—right in the heart of Modica—with a breathtaking panoramic view across the town that you can admire from the apartment. The apartment itself is spotless, bright, and beautifully done in a clean, contemporary style. It had everything (and more!) that we needed to feel completely comfortable—from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The only small challenge is parking—it can be tricky right near the apartment. But if you park along Corso San Giorgio, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the charming, narrow streets of Modica, which honestly adds to the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. A real gem in a magical town

Contro: going back home 😢😢😢

Pro: The view from the windows, we could see the San Giorgio from behind, and the town. In the evening the same view with lighting was also beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed for our three-night stay.

Contro: Maybe a better coffee machine and a washing machine (some cycles didn't work). But we can always have coffee in Corso Umberto instead!

Amazing experience!

Pro: My experience was amazing from start to end. Fabrizio is the perfect host; he made sure that I got all necessary practical information prior to check in. The apartment was in perfect condition; very clean and comfortable, and what an amazing view from the bedroom and living room. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!
