Ottima struttura

Pro: la struttura è ottima, due ampie stanze molto spaziose. la posizione è super centrale, con un parcheggio molto vicino. Francesco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, offrendo addirittura consigli su luoghi da visitare e bar da provare. È stato tutto perfetto.

Contro: Alcune dotazioni in cucina erano un po’ scarse. Penso sia più conveniente per tutti e anche con meno sprechi dotare la cucina di sale e olio, ad esempio. Nonostante ciò Francesco ci ha lasciato acqua fresca, caffè e tutti gli utensili per mangiare. In cucina sono anche presenti contenitori ermetici, molto utili per mangiare durante una gita.

Quattro giorni a Noto

Pro: La struttura è nuova, pulita, accogliente e con un bellissimo terrazzo. La posizione della casa è ottima, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Noto e in dieci minuti di macchina si raggiunge il mare (lido di Noto). Vicino alla casa si trova un supermercato con un parcheggio gratuito dove è possibile lasciare la macchina. Il proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile! Super consigliata!

Pro: Good location, free parking nearby, close to the center, nice terrace, enough space

Contro: Kitchen wasn’t very clean nor well equipped, but we didn’t need it.

Pro: Great location, had everything we needed including a washing machine!!

Contro: Everything was great! Maybe look at getting a tv in the bedroom but apart from that it was great!

Pro: Everything is new, location is great and the guy is so hospitable

Contro: There was no hot water, but the guy did his best to solve the problem even late night

Emplacement idéal, studio propre et confortable, hôte réactif et flexible. A recommander.

Pro: Tres bien situé, a quelques minutes à pied des bâtiments historiques de Catane, et accessible en 5 mn de l'arrivée des bus. Idéal pour se promener dans les ruelles de Catane ou se rendre sur une des plages à 15 mn en scooter ou voiture. Le studio est doté d'une climatisation fort utile Grand studio équipé avec kitchenette, salle de douche et terrasse. Tout est propre, calme, le lit confortable et l'accès facile. L'arrivée se fait sans problème et le départ également. Repartant dans l'après midi, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de l'hôte qui m'a permis de faire un late checkout ,fort apprécié pour laisser les bagages avant mon départ. Je recommande et reviendrai si je reviens à Noto.

Pro: Excelente ubicación, excelente instalaciones. Gran relación precio y calidad. Francesco, su anfitrión, muy amigable y resolutivo. Sin dudas que volvería. La cama y la ducha es excelente.

Contro: El café de bienvenida.

Pro: gute Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und doch ruhig, gesamte Wohnung sehr komfortabel

Contro: hat alles super gepasst

Pro: Большая чистая квартира в тихом месте в 5 минутах ходьбы от центра.

Contro: Важным для меня был балкон или терраса. В описании к моему номеру было указано терраса, но увы, это было только в описании. Спальня даже без окна. Для меня это очень сложно и была разочарована.

Pro: It was clean and really close to the center (walking distance) the host was really helpfull and thoughtful, he gave us really good suggestions to eat and visit. The apartment was wide and had a lot of light, even a balcony that gave access to the street. The kitchen was full equipped although we didn't used it and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

Contro: There was high pitch noise in the room.
