Bello e confortevole

Pro: La posizione . L’appartamento era complessivamente confortevole e dotato di confort.

Contro: Credo che la struttura abbia bisogno di alcuni interventi: soffitto scrostato bagno e stanza adiacente,zanzariere mancanti, importanti soprattutto nel periodo primavera-estate .

Pro: Posizione eccellente, appartamento enorme,ben fornito di tutto

Sensitive neighbours

Pro: It was more spatious than I expected. It surprisengly had 2 bathrooms. It was very clead anf had all the facilities. The balconies were very nice. It was a nice walk to the city center, a very italian and non turistic neighbourhood and that gave us a very authentic experience.

Contro: The beds were too tough, the beddings weren't cotton 100% and had a plastic feel, only one room had a cotton bedding . We had noise complaints from the neighbours although we only slept the nights there and weren't home all day( we were 4 people how talked to eachother in the morning and in the evening, because that's what people do, they communicate), this was a little annoying since this was not a convent but a real appartment. The appartment is also not noise proof, it has beautiful high cellings and nice terazzo tilles, but everything resonates in the apartment, hence the neighbours can be easily disturbed.

Comfortable and Spacious Apartment

Pro: Very spacious and bright apartment in a good location, close to stations and bus stops, very comfortable beds. The apartment has a bathroom and additional toilet, and washing machine. There are balconies in each room, air conditioning in both double bedrooms. We have enjoyed our stay.

Contro: The cutlery in the kitchen was rusty, the stove rings did not work properly. The clothes airers on the balconies were rusty as well so the clothes could get stained.

We’ve had a great time!

Pro: Spacious apartment, walkable distance from Ortigia.

Contro: Electricity is only on when you’re in the property. From AC perspective I get it but with the rest it’s a bit difficult to manage. For example we started a washing machine program, went for a dinner, just to come back and realize the wash is still not finished.

Todo perfecto

Pro: La ubicación perfecta. Nico, que nos atendió, súper amable. Nos atendió todas las dudas que tuvimos. Incluso me resolvió un tema personal con un problema de autovía. Súper majo.

Contro: Me gustó todo. La única aclaración es que el parking gratis que pone es en la calle. Creíamos que era privado.

Pro: The place is tastefully decorated and well equipped with all we needed. We very much enjoyed that it's in walking distance to both Ortigia and Archeological Park Neapolis.

Perfect accommodation for a family trip

Pro: The flat is huge. I think it can comfortably fit 6 people. You have a separate kitchen,living room and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a desk so it is comfortable even for HO. Perfect location on one of the main shopping areas. 3 balconies. The flat has everything what you need and even the beach umbrella. We had few bottles of water,all cooking amenities like salt,oil and so on.

Contro: There were mosquitos when we arrived. There was also a machine with spray but we found it last day only.
