Magnifica posizione e soluzione elegante e confortevole

Pro: Contesto molto bello, camere eleganti e confortevoli. In pieno centro. Posizione magnifica. Sicuramente una soluzione da provare. MOlto gravedole in contesto con il locale pubblico che la sera crea un'atmosfera particolare.

Suites super confortevoli nel pieno centro di Ortigia

Pro: Super consigliato! Location fantastica, da 10 e lode, nel pieno centro di Ortigia ma di facile accesso. Le camere sono all'interno di un palazzo storico che ospita nel suo ampio cortile anche un grazioso lounge bar (non preoccupatevi poiché non si sentono rumori). Le camere sono molto belle ed hanno degli spazi particolarmente generosi, gli infissi hanno una ottima desonorizzazione. Le finiture sono molto curate e la scelta dei materiali e dei colori crea un'atmosfera particolarmente confortevole e piacevole. La proprietaria è particolarmente gentile e disponibile, i suoi consigli sono stati molto molto graditi ed a dir poco preziosi per svelare le migliori location da frequentare durante il soggiorno, complimenti! I bagni sono ben disegnati e realizzati con materiali di ottima qualità. Pulizia ottima. La struttura è convenzionata con un garage a pochi passi di distanza che fornisce accesso automatico anche alla ZTL, servizio perfetto.

Qualità, eleganza e ottima posizione

Pro: L’appartamento è bellissimo, il palazzo è di pregio e i proprietari cordiali e premurosi. Cercavamo un appartamento in centro storico e con un terrazzo, quindi non potremmo essere più soddisfatti di così. Il grande terrazzo infatti è uno dei punti forti della casa. Molti ottimi ristoranti sono a due passi così come Piazza Duomo e il mare. Comodo il parcheggio privato suggerito dalla struttura

Magnificent place to stay in Ortygia

Pro: Location = perfect! Decoration = super! Cleanliness = excellent! Comfort = ideal!

Contro: Nothing at all

Excellent property, high quality, good value for money.

Pro: Exceptional property, loved the quality of the room and facilities.

Contro: There was a high level of noise from moving furniture tables, chairs that continued until 1pm. Also ZTL was poorly handled and had to carry travel bags to carpark.

A fabulous modern apartment set in a little palazzo

Pro: A very elegant modern apartment set in a little palazzo with a fabulous courtyard restaurant , very central. Alice and the team were very helpful and we felt safe and secure in the building. Ortigia is just fabulous

Really and Amazing building and location.

Pro: Location, bathroom, bed, the yard, the building itself.

Contro: 2 Rolls of toilet paper is a bit stingy for 4 nights. You should make it clear on the HomePage and in the material that bathrobes are only available in some of the apartments.

Simply perfect

Pro: Amazing property to stay. So big and spacious and in such a beautiful old building. We absolutely loved it.

Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Syracuse

Pro: Beautifully appointed home in the heart of Syracuse. Air conditioned. Very large room Bathroom large and great for a couple Extra details such as lighting on the bathroom mirrors. Generous offer of a free gin and tonic on arrival. Communicated well. Car parking organised was a short walk from the apartment.

Contro: Bar downstairs is noisy but you can block out by shutting several doors Stairs if not mobile or bad knees but that did not bother me

If you stay in Ortigia, stay here!!!

Pro: Room and the whole building is a dream! Even better than in the pictures. Wish I lived here! Perfect location!

Contro: Cant think of any! Everything was perfect
