Super Soggiorno ad Ortigia 😁

Pro: appartamento nuovo di zecca situato sopra al Cortile Verga (Locale molto riservato mai rumoroso!) Arredato in maniera minimale con molto gusto . a disposizione tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto in casa . Caffè per più giorno disponibile e lo stretto indispensabile per fare una colazione veloce ( se fate colazione a casa in Sicilia avete qualcosa che non va Sappiatelo 😄) Chicca assoluta il caricatore wireless ed il mini stereo che legge anche Vinili SUPER

Contro: Peccato sia solo per qualche giorno 🥹

Great location, Amazing apartment.

Pro: The apartment was incredible, it overlooked a bar which was thriving at night. Very large apartment, large kitchen, lounge and bedroom area. Bathroom was the best we had - so much bench space and spacious shower. Great location right in the heart of the island and was right in the middle of the island so made it easy to see both sides of the island. The host was very helpful and had the refund money waiting for us and allowed us to check out later.

Contro: The apartment was double booked on the first night we were supposed to stay there and the host only told us 2 days prior which meant we had to scramble to find accomodation for that night. It meant we only had 2 nights on Ortigia instead of 3 which was not what we had wanted at all. Bar got a bit loud at night with people and music until about 1230/1am or so.

Good place to stay as very central.

Pro: Location, good size rooms, kitchen and accommodation well setup, everything you would need.

Contro: Very little natural light and some noise in evenings while bar is open.

Lovely place

Pro: Excellent apartment in a beautiful old courtyard in the centre of Oritigia. Very well-equipped. Sofa and bed were comfortable. I was glad there was a small heater and a duvet for the bed as I found the place cold at this time of year. Admittedly I always travel in hot climes.

Contro: The lighting is subdued and scant, so it's hard to read at night.

Nice apartment in Ortigia

Pro: Great location, close to all the main tourist attractions in Ortigia. The apartment is nicely decorated, the building and the courtyard are simply beautiful. There is a very nice bar located in the inner courtyard and the staff are very friendly. The noise level was acceptable and it did not bother us.

Contro: Eventough the apartment was well equipped, a dish washer and a ventilation system in the bathroom would have been nice. Also, the patio is not very comfortable because of the heat that is generated by the interior AC system.

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Syracuse.

Pro: The apartment is really charming and really looks like in the pictures. We stayed in February, and due to close season there was no bar in the patio so it was extremely quiet.

Contro: Nothing.

We had a fantastic time in this clean, comfortable and perfectly located apartment!

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and so clean! The location was incredible, so central and close to restaurants, the Duomo, shops, supermarkets, the beach… couldn’t have been better. Communication with the owner was also excellent. A cot was arranged for our toddler and everything was so well presented. We will definitely stay again when we return!

Contro: Very hard to criticise the property as it was so perfect for our stay. The only comment I would mention is the apartment overlooks a bar in the courtyard which closes late. Having said this, it was never rowdy, the guests were always lovely and the bar staff were super friendly. Any sounds coming from the courtyard didn’t disturb us or our two year old.

Pro: A super big, comfortable and spacious apartment! clean and organized. Really loved it and felt the calmness during day time.

Contro: If you are an early bird that likes to go sleep early, this might be challenging as the property located exactly above a bar with music until 00:30 that you cant unhear ir mute it by closing the windows. The windows doesnt isolate the sound and you might need ear plugs or just sleep after 00:30 (which i did). One more thing- when the bar is open its gonna be hard to have privacy in the apartment, if you open the windows then almost all the people of the bar/restaurant will see all your movements in the house. Again - if you dont mind these things, then its a 10/10 apartment.
