Splendida vacanza a Siracusa

Pro: L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano con ascensore a dieci minuti a piedi da Ortigia, ed è facile trovare parcheggio,mentre a Ortigia è impossibile parcheggiare almeno il mese di agosto. Nell'appartamento molto carino tutto nuovo c'è tutto quello che serve, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo,Alverio l'host è stato gentilissimo. Di fronte il palazzo c'è un supermercato grande, una macelleria e negozio Acqua e Sapone. È in una posizione ottimale sia per visitare Ortigia sia per arrivare in auto alle spiagge più belle di Siracusa!

Ottimo appartamento

Pro: Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto, proprietario cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in una zona vicina a tutti i punti di interesse di Siracusa.

Contro: Era tutto perfetto, non mancava nulla.

Peaceful, secure, clean, comfortable - fantastic apartment!

Pro: I had a great stay, really loved the apartment - it was exactly as it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, good wifi, good air con, and all the appliances were brand new. I loved the peace on the balcony each morning. The supermarket was just across the street and there was a stall selling fresh fruit and veg just outside. The main island of Ortigia was a short 20 minute walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants on the way. I felt very secure in the apartment as a solo traveller, also a great place to get some work done (the balcony is not in the direct sunlight and the wifi is excellent). Alverio was so lovely to meet and provided me with some great recommendations on arrival. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing apartment at an amazing location.

Pro: We loved this place! first of all Saracusa is amazing. we loved the energy. Everything was on walking distance from the appartment. The appartement itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We did not have any trouble finding a parking spot. Sometimes we had to walk a bit, but that was fine. The owner was very friendly and helped us a lot where to go and where to eat. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Sicily!

Pro: I liked everything. The apartment was well-equipped for both short and long stays. There is everything nearby—grocery store across the street, nice local takeout, fresh vegetables, and fruits on the street. The city center and Ortigia are a 10-15 minute walk away. Host Alverio was very friendly and helpful, answering questions as soon as possible. 10 out of 10 experience.\

Perfect location to explore the city

Pro: The flat ist perfectly located close to the train and bus central stations with both archeological park and Ortigia in walking distance. A good supermarket ist directly in front of the house. The apartment is on 5th floor, a lift ist available. Alverio, the friendly host, provided lots of recommendations on what to see and where to eat.

Super Wohnung abseits vom touristischen Siracusa

Pro: Ortigia ist hübsch, verträumt und voll touristisch, wir wollten aber eher in einem „normaleren“ Stadtteil wohnen - und dafür war diese kleine, gut geschnittene Wohnung für uns genau die richtige. Sowohl in die Altstadt als auch zum römischen Theater geht man eine Viertelstunde, direkt gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt, um die Ecke sind gute Bars, die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Alverio war super und unkompliziert. Wir 2 Wochen hier und hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit.

Contro: Die Küchenausstattung war etwas spartanisch, aber okay. Im Bad riecht es leicht schimmelig, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche könnten vielleicht mal erneuern werden. Und man muss wissen, dass das hier kein idyllisches Plätzchen ist: Die Straßen sind trubelig, direkt nebenan ist eine Schule (was wir nun allerdings gerade gut fanden).
