Ci ritornerò sicuramente
Pro: Ottima struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, con tutti i comfort. 2 camere da letto totalmente indipendenti con bagno in camera e doccia. Aria condizionata sia nelle camere da letto che nella zona giorno con impianti nuovi, silenziosi ed efficienti. La vista di tutte le camere direttamente sul Santuario. Viviana, padrona di casa super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito anche ottimi consigli per dove mangiare.
Contro: Solo se si vuole trovare un difetto, stanze poco insonorizzate x via degli infissi antichi senza vetro camera.

Pro: L'appartamento è confortevole e ben arredato. Nessun problema con l'aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (è stato possibile, ad esempio, fare un check in anticipato) Il parcheggio interno al cortile è stato utilissimo, perché è molto difficile trovarlo all'esterno.
Contro: Purtroppo l'appartamento si affaccia su una strada molto trafficata e il rumore esterno, soprattutto di prima mattina, non consente un buon riposo. Senza contare le campane del santuario di fronte che alle 8:00 ti danno la sveglia e il servizio comunale di pulizia della strada il giovedì alle 5:30. La zona non è il massimo, ci sono molti cantieri e pochi locali nei dintorni. Per arrivare a Ortigia a piedi ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti, che, con il caldo asfissiante di questi giorni, sono stati tanti. È comunque un'ottima scelta per chi desidera andare al teatro greco che dista pochi minuti.

Large, spacious apartment with excellent amenities and parking.
Pro: Viviana, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the size of the apartment - both bedrooms were large and had en suite bathrooms. Everything was very clean and there was a good selection of amenities. We were able to park our car on the premises.
Contro: There was a lot of traffic noise.

Pro: Le parking dans cour privé l appartement dans une bâtisse historique grand et bien décoré refait à neuf

Great for laundry - has a dryer!
Pro: The apartment inside is beautiful updated with modern touches. The two bedrooms were appointed equally so this is great when traveling with other couples as one does not feel they get the short stick.
Contro: The building itself from the outside needs a facelift. The painting and fallen debris everywhere made it look run down and not the best first impression. A simple leaf blower and a little landscaping detail Would have elevated this very easily. The interior windows were the only feature of the apartment that were not updated and I’m surprised because you can tell they spent a lot of money updated but neglected a very important part, the windows. The windows are original to the building and they allow noise transfer as though the windows were left wide open. Because it’s located in the city, the constant sounds of sirens, motorcycles racing and other vehicles passing made it nearly impossible to sleep soundly. They also do not provide screens on the windows so during the day to help conserve on the air conditioning we opened the opens to have fresh breeze but found almost instantly the apartment filled with bugs (like little flies) they came in groups and it was a challenge to get them all out or sadly killed. The property manager is also very rigid in her demeanor. We asked for extra towels during our stay as we were four people and stayed three nights and we each received one bath towel and one face towel. Now normally I would just wash my towel to enjoy a fresh one during my three day stay but she did not provide laundry soap for us and said we would need to buy that or be charged another towel set up fee of five Euros. We choose to go to the grocery store and buy the soap ourselves of which is not a short distance away. We drove over there instead. Now I imagine a lot of guests are not coming in with a vehicle, so that is something to keep in mind. The check in time of 4pm was also a tuff one for us. It’s pretty late to begin with, but I understand that it’s in their playbook to determine these things.

Contro: The charm of old villa. Has yard parking and only 20 min walk to Ortigia.

דירה נהדרת!
Pro: דירה ענקית ומרווחת, משופצת יפה, מוארת ונקיה, שני חדרי שינה עם שירותים ומקלחת צמודים לכל חדר- ייתרון משמעותי בשבילנו, כולל שירותים קטן נוסף.... יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש שזה מצויין! בבוקר מתעוררים בעדינות לצלילי פעמוני הכנסיה עם מוזיקה נעימה (-: , קיבלנו בקבוק יין , ויויאנה המארחת מקסימה ונתנה טיפים מצויינים לגבי הסביבה . המבנה בו הדירה נמצאת היסטורי יפה ומשומר, חניה צמודה נוחה.
Contro: המזרונים היו רכים מדי, עלול להיות בעייתי למי שסובל מהגב... והיה רועש מהרחוב בבוקר ( לנו לא הפריע)
