Pro: L' appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort,dalla lavatrice al ferro da stiro, tutto quello che trovereste nella vostra abitazione,in più il proprietario gentilissimo viene,se è possibile,a prendevi in auto al capolinea del bus che arriva dall' aeroporto di Catania

Contro: È a 20 minuti a piedi da Ortigia,ma camminare è anche piacevole

Lavoro e riposo

Pro: devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccellente. Il posto è ottimo, con un livello di pulizia impeccabile. L'ambiente è stato davvero molto accogliente, facendomi sentire a mio agio fin dal primo momento. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.

Pro: Leonardo was very kind host, he picked us up at the train station. The location was a quiet area, about a 25-30 minutes comfortable walk from Ortigia. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Thank you for the opportunity!

Pro: This place feels like home - you can feel the community around you in the neighbourhood and starting each day with the sunrise over the sea sets you off right. It's so spacious, a great place to relax.

Lovely huge beautiful apartment

Pro: Lovely huge apartment , with big , well decorated rooms, spotlessly clean and very well maintained , there was a little balcony at the front which caught the sun in the morning , the bedroom was comfortable . Hosts were very friendly with good communication , great value for this area.

Contro: Just a personal opinion but as I spent most of the time in Ortigia and Syracusa , I found the location a little too far out, so it was exhausting coming and going ,the area is peaceful which i appreciated but with no restaurants / shops near . For those more interested in the archaeological Park / museums it is well placed.

Eine Traumunterkunft.

Pro: Hervorragendes Appartement mit großem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Küche mit eigenem Balkon, schönes Bad. Und das alles in guter Lage unweit des archäologischen Parks. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht.

Contro: Nichts auszusetzen!

Hell, geräumig, gute Lage

Pro: Großes helles Apartment, mit allem, was man braucht, zwei Balkone, große geräumige Räume. Nicht weit von der Bushaltestelle, wenn man mit einem Regionalbus reist. Fahrstuhl im Haus, so dass man die Koffer nicht selber schleppen muss (er ist allerdings sehr klein). Super nette Vermieterin! In der Küche alles notwendige, auch Basislebensmittel zum Kochen (Salz, Öl, Zucker, Tee, Kaffee), saubere Tücher und Laken, große Spiegel überall, viele Leuchten. Esstisch in der Küche, Gartentisch auf dem Balkon mit Sicht aufs Meer. Zur Altstadt Ortigia sind es Ca 30 Min Fußweg

Contro: Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber ( erlebe es überall in Italien), Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr alt und durchgesessen , wirkt auch nicht ganz sauber, so dass man ungerne drauf sitzt Aber man ist nicht zum Sitzen da gewesen:)
