Pro: Ha tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno ad Ortigia! Appartamento tutto nuovo, esattamente come si vede nelle foto: in realtà ero un po’ scettico e stavo per non prenotare questa struttura perché aveva poche recensioni e temevo una truffa.. per fortuna alla fine invece mi sono convinto e ho prenotato! Giuseppe gentilissimo e super disponibile, la sua accoglienza è stata super! La casa è un po’ piccola (d’altronde si chiama “la casetta” 😂) ma c’è tutto il necessario per una vacanza nella meravigliosa Ortigia. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: super consigliato!

A total gem in Ortigia!
Pro: Two things stood out for me. Firstly the location. It was beyond perfect, in the heart of Ortiga. You just cannot beat it. Secondly my host, Guiseppe. He was one of the most hospitable and friendliest people I met during my 10 day stay in Sicily. He checked regularly to ensure all was well and gave us tips. Contrary to some of the comments made, I find that the street is a quiet one. It is rather secluded and private. Entry to the flat is so easy as it is street level - which was important for me as I had a big luggage:) A genuine and truly one off experience.
Contro: The flat is super special. The entrance is through French style doors which have two windows on top with curtains. If you like your privacy you need to close the shutters, which means no light or scenery for the room. It would be good if the current regular curtains on the windows could be replaced with no see through blinds (no see through from one side) such that guests can maintain privacy while allowing the light in and exposure to the wonderful street.

A gem in the old town
Pro: The location is totally awesome in the old town and easy access to everywhere in Ortigia. Guiseppe was very helpful with information and assisted with parking reservation and when we had some problems with the parking receipts on the day we were leaving, Guiseppe stepped in to help and all was well.
Contro: Not a big problem for us but due to its very central location , if one is a light sleeper, the occasional car can be a problem as Italians do not drive slowly

Fabulous self contained apartment in the heart of Ortigia.easy walk to everywhere on the island Loved our stay here
Pro: Fantastic position. Walked everywhere on the island. Close to beautiful buildings, great shops and restaurants Everything we needed provided for our stay Host on site, let us in 2 hrs early. Spent time explaining, answering any queries

Pro: It was my first time here and I had a great experience staying at this apartment for 11 days. The apartment felt like home—comfortable, clean, and in a great location, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host Giuseppe is an excellent host, was responsive and professional, making the whole process smooth.He kept in touch during my stay and sharing helpful tips, especially about the best places to swim based on the weather. His local insights made a big difference and helped me enjoy the area even more. Thank you so much, Giuseppe, for all the support and guidance! I would love to stay here again in the near future.\

A perfect stay in Syracuse
Pro: This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. While it’s compact in size, the space is so intelligently designed that it had absolutely everything we needed and more. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable. What made the experience even more special was the kindness of the owner. We had to book last minute, and not only was he incredibly accommodating, but he also went out of his way to help us. His warmth and helpfulness reflected the true spirit of Sicilian hospitality, and we left feeling deeply grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Syracuse—you won’t be disappointed!

Great location … to park, sight see, swim and enjoy Oritaga … excellent time
Pro: Location in the old town, cleanliness and having a washer and full kitchen. Host was very helpful and responsive.
Contro: Due to it being on street level the evening street noise ( as to be expected) was a bit loud for a short period at bed time.
