Cura dei dettagli quasi maniale
Pro: Mi è piaciuto tantissimo la cura per ogni dettaglio all’interno dell’appartamento.
Contro: Mi ha creato molto disagio il fatto di non poter scaricare i bagagli vicino l’appartamento. L’area pedonale è molto limitante in questo senso, ma credo ci possano essere delle soluzioni per agevolare il confort dei clienti.

Pro: Struttura ottimamente ristrutturata, con materiali, stoviglie, biancheria di qualità e ottimamente tenuti. Elementi di design e d’arte di livello. Host gentilissimo e disponibile.

Pro: Tiziano è stato davvero super gentile e disponibile, già dai primi contatti ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste con infinita gentilezza. Il loft si trova in pieno centro in Ortigia, a pochi metri dal Duomo e dal mare; è fornito di tutto, cucina completa di ogni accessorio, lo stesso vale per il bagno e per le camere, presente anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Siamo state accolte con un bellissimo omaggio al nostro arrivo (bottiglia di Nero d’Avola con aperitivo e frutta fresca di stagione), che dire?! Massima cura e attenzione al dettaglio. Da sottolineare l’estrema pulizia. E l’arredamento era al di sopra delle aspettative. Self check-in comodo.. Tutto stupendo! Punto di riferimento in Ortigia per le nostre prossime visite. Grazie di tutto!

A Cozy, Stylish Retreat in the Heart of Ortigia
Pro: A very clean and charming apartment, thoughtfully decorated with many lovely details that make it feel warm and welcoming. It's located on a peaceful street, yet just steps away from the lively heart of the neighborhood, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The atmosphere in the apartment is truly delightful—calm, cozy, and full of character. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

nice mezzanine in Ortigia
Pro: The flat is a basement with a mezzanine, so not much natural light, but works well for a couple of nights. It is very nicely furnished and decorated, so gives a very good impression when you arrive. Great location in Ortigia; on a small street, so generally quiet, even though the place wasn't exactly soundproofed. Kitchen very well equipped; washing machine and dryer a definite plus. Host also left a bottle of wine and water, which was appreciated. Internet worked well. Only about 10 minutes' walk from the market and nice restaurants and bar. We found some small places where we ate amazing food at very reasonable prices!
Contro: Nothing major, the flat was nice and good value for money. The stairs that took to the mezzanine didn't feel super stable, and there was a massive space where they met the landing (a child could fall through). Because it's a basement, the air doesn't always feel fresh, so we had to keep the bathroom window open to let some air in. The host only sent a text about rubbish collection on the last day, so we had no idea of what toput out and when (rubbish collection in sicily is fairly complicated if you're not used to it!).

Second stay
Pro: Tiziano is the perfect host , responsive , helpful and keen to ensure his guests' needs are met .This was our second stay in his apartment which has become our favourite place to stay in magical Ortiga . Loft del Teatro is perfectly located in a quiet yet interesting area of the island just minutes from the sea . It is tastefully furnished with a well equipped kitchen , comfortable bed and powerful shower . Everything we could possibly have needed for a 3 night stay ( including a kettle which is always a bonus ) Thank you for another fabulous stay Tiziano . We will definitely be back
