Pro: La Casa di Marta è un angolo di paradiso, quiete, cura e coccole nel centro di Ortigia. Tutto è studiato nei minimi dettagli per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Arredamento e disposizione della camera sono perfetti, il nostro bimbo ha adorato il suo soppalco con letto comodissimo ! La camera matrimoniale ha un letto comodissimo e un pratico guardaroba. La cucina è piccola ma funzionale. Appena usciti dalla porta si è catapultati nella magia di Ortigia ! Titolare gentilissimo, ci ha accompagnato personalmente dal parcheggio alla residenza e ci ha dato molti consigli utili su Ortigia ! Torneremo sicuramente !

Pro: Struttura accogliente e arredata con gusto nel centro del borgo dotata di tutti i comfort

Contro: Avrei gradito una sostituzione più frequente della biancheria/prodotti vista la lunga permanenza del soggiorno.

Superb apartment, amazingly located and excellent value

Pro: The comms from the property was great, easy to understand and there to help with any questions or issues. The location is ideal a short step to everywhere! in the most quiet, you are straight onto a narrow street. Lovely bar just on the corner with only day hours so not intrusive at all. There was everything we needed for a few days, with a great extras like an umbrella! The bus from the station stopped a few minutes walk away - the island isn't big and the apartment superbly located. Top tip - gas needs to be turned on/off from the bottle to use.

Contro: The bed as we found in all the places we stayed in Sicily is low, which when your tall isn't that easy! The apartment has a lovely wet room shower which we guess contributes to the musty smell of the place as mentioned in other reviews, its not over powering and we used the door curtain over the door and had the doors open when home. As there is no outside space, drying towels/swim wear is problematic, however we knew this before taking the place.

So grateful for such amazingly caring hosts. I would stay here again!

Pro: Such a perfect stay. Beautiful property with so much character. The host and his partner were outstandingly helpful and kind during my stay. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Live like an Italian

Pro: The style, the clever usage of a small space, the bathroom without risk to slip in the shower, the attention to detail. The warm welcome by Paolo, his help with parking and tips what to do.

Contro: I loved the location and the feeling of living in the street while my husband wants his frontyard. One needs to like to be in the middle of the sounds of people talking in the street, the bar next door and the Vespa of the neighbour leaving his parking spot.

Pro: Piękny i klimatyczny apartament w samym centrum starówki. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam

Mitten im Zentrum von Ortigia

Pro: Die Lage mitten in Ortigia war herausragend. Direkt im Zentrum und in der Nähe von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Unterkunft liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr kreativ auf kleinem Raum eingerichtet. Betten gut.

Contro: Leider hatte die Unterkunft keine Fenster und die Belüftung hätte besser sein können. Eine kleine Mokkamaschine haben wir vermisst.

Pro: Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage! Direkt daneben ist ein süßes Cafe und auch der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah! Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. :)
