Appartamento perfetto, moderno e accogliente nel cuore di Ortigia
Pro: L’appartamento è eccellente, moderno e situato in una posizione perfetta per visitare Ortigia. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di passeggiate. È dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in famiglia. Il host è stato davvero gentile e cortese nel riceverci; ci ha mostrato tutto per poterci prendere cura del suo spazio. È stato molto attento e disponibile a risolvere alcuni piccoli dettagli legati al bagno, sempre con un atteggiamento proattivo e servizievole. Super consigliato questo bellissimo appartamento! Torneremo sicuramente, e questo sarà il nostro posto preferito per soggiornare nella splendida Ortigia.

Pro: Casa pulita e accogliente. Ottima posizione in pieno centro storico, vicina a tutti i servizi, sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e un comodissimo distributore dell'acqua. Proprietario molto gentile e simpatico, disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: L'appartamento è grande, molto curato, e dotato di tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno. Salvo e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con grande calore e gentilezza, mettendosi a completa disposizione e rendendo davvero confortevole la nostra vacanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una una scorta d'acqua, di capsule di caffè per la macchinetta, e di dolcetti di pasta di mandorle. Il letto è molto comodo, con cuscini nuovi e lenzuola morbide. Il bagno e la cucina sono dotati di tutto quello che può servire. Nel soggiorno c'è un comodo divano e una Smart TV nuovissima. La posizione della casa è ottima. è centralissima, a 5 minuti sia dal mare che da piazza duomo. Raccomandatisima.

Big apartment, perfectly located
Pro: The owner is very kind, replied immediately to my messages and the check-in and check-out was very easily organised and flexible. The apartment is perfectly located for your stay in Ortigia. You can find everything in walking distance and even the bus stop for going to the central station is very close, in case you do not have a car. The apartment is very big and gives you plenty of space even when you are a small family.. It was very clean and everything you might need for your stay, you will find in the apartment.The bed was very comfortable & the WiFi was very good too.
Contro: The only thing I would like to mention here is that it was very noisy outside and the walls/windows do not reduce the noises on any level. It feels really like the scooter is driving through your bed room or the dog barks right next to you, you can hear the people talking like you are standing right next to them outside on the street. And unfortunately it was very loud in the night too, I woke up for example at 4 am (!) because of very loud noises, people were talking and cars were beeping right in front of the window.....a truck picked up the garbage in the middle of the night and made very loud noises too... And no, that did not happen during the weekend but during the week. Also I would like to mention that this apartment is not for people who are handicapped, since the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Just as an information.

The perfect base for exploring beautiful Ortigia
Pro: An excellent location in a characterful building. Central, yet peaceful, being tucked away in a small square off a street with little traffic. A good size for three of us and well equipped for needs. The host was helpful, friendly and responsive to query.

Great host and perfect location!
Pro: Great experience! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of old town in a really beautiful square and 3 mins walk to a nice spot for swimming. Salvo is so kind and willing to support with everything (he also offered to help sending us a beauty case we forgot last day in the flat). I Highly recommend to stay at his appartment! Thanks for everything!!

Pro: Przede wszystkim cudowni, przemili i bardzo pomocni właściciele. Umożliwili wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie, kuchnia i salon. W kuchni i jednej sypialni klimatyzacja. Wbrew obawom na antresoli nie było upału. Mieszkanie czyste i funkcjonalne. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - do plaży 2 min i tyle samo do zabytków. Serdecznie polecam.

Great location
Pro: Great location. Able to get to everything we needed to get to. Lots of places to see and eat nearby. Spacious for 3 of us. I’m 5’11 and the loft area had space. There is a cafe and restaurant right downstairs .
Contro: Was bummed the washer didn’t work because we put off doing them at previous location.
