Helios Duplex a due passi da Ortigia by Wonderful Italy

Pro: Belíssima struttura . Molto centrale , molto curata e pulita . La consiglio

Contro: Apartamento subdividido, non é entrata privata informazione che manca nel annuncio ed ho perso un paco importante per non aver intercom ne titofono . Si può dire que è una proprietà chiusa dentro dela casa di qualcun altro .

Soggiorno incantevole

Pro: In questo appartamento ho trascorso dieci giorni magnifici con il mio bambino. L'alloggio, oltre a trovarsi in una posizione davvero ottimale vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni della città, è anche molto pratico, poiché ubicato in una zona ricca di ristoranti, bar, locali e minimarket. La casa è davvero dotata di ogni comfort possibile e finemente arredata con gusto. È ampia, luminosa e davvero piacevole da vivere. Adatta anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli (solo bisogna prestare attenzione alla scala che è molto alta ma sicura). Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. Grazie per aver reso il mio soggiorno a Siracusa indimenticabile.

Pro: Posizione ottima a pochi passi da Ortigia. Parcheggio in zona facile da trovare. Appartamento su due piani molto pulito. Bagno abbastanza grande. Ottimo per tre persone.

Pro: l'appartamento è molto luminoso e nuovissimo, l'arredamento è moderno e funzionale. La posizione è molto comoda, fuori da Ortigia che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi

Contro: la portafinestra della camera da letto non aveva tapparella o persiana; servirebbe una tenda oscurante perchè di sera entrava la luce proveniente da altre abitazioni e al mattino presto entrava la luce solare

Pro: Great location, good value for money, spacious apartment, everything you need

Contro: AC in living area didn’t seem to work well, no darkening curtains in bedroom, however there isn’t much light in that corner anyways

Amazing apartment but not the easiest key exchange

Pro: The apartment is amazing! It is spacious and very modern with all necessities you could need. There is aircondition both in the living room and in the bedroom which makes the apartment a nice escape during the warm hours. The location is great, just outside of Ortiga with several good restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommend to go to Pasticceria Midolo for your morning coffee and a cornetto.

Contro: There is nothing to not like about the apartment itself. However I think it’s worth mentioning that you can here the nice from the street quite well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sensitive to noise to stay on the sofa bed. And as others have mention the contact with the agency handing over the keys isn’t the easiest. I have traveled a lot and stayed at several apartments in Italy but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. It was both time and energy consuming. I had informed them what time my flight landed and that I had a hard time knowing when I would arrive before I knew what bus I managed to catch. Despite this they asked me several times when I would arrive. I said approx 20.00 and then they responded that they had so many others to meet that time so maybe we that wasn’t doable. Then they inside asked me to go and pick up the keys approx. 10 minutes from the apartment, which I was fine with. When I finally got my luggage and got on a bus I wasn’t gonna arrive until closer to 21. I texted them that and they then reminded me of the late check in fee of 20€. I questioned the charging of that since I had to pick up the keys myself. They then said that they will meet me at the bus station. I still don’t understand why they couldn’t just have met me at the apartment then. Anyway I texted my approx arrival time, sent a new text when I was 10 min away and also when I arrived. No one was there waiting for me. After 10 min I texted them to see if they where on their way. By this time I actually started to think that maybe it was all a scam, maybe there was no apartment. After approx 20 min they finally arrived. And I still had to pay the late check in fee. I don’t understand how this process can be so poorly executed. This totally ruined my ”happy to arrived”-vibe, instead I was frustrated and a bit worried I had been scammed. Why not just have a key box or something similar to avoid the whole coordination of meeting everyone that is arriving.

A sunny spot in Siracusa :-).

Pro: The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. It is equipped with everything a traveler may need for a longer stay. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom faces an inner courtyard which keeps away the noise. The apartment is centrally located, a 10 minutes' walk from Ortigia and close to all the sightseeing locations in Siracusa. The communication with the host was easy and efficient. Would definitely come back.

Contro: Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever!
