Casa stupenda, soggiorno perfetto con terrazza vista mare

Pro: La casa è davvero bella e spaziosa, più bella che in foto. Ben arredata, composta da tre camere, salotto, cucina e un bagno e il pezzo forte della casa: la terrazza, collegata giro giro con un bello spazio per poter mangiare con vista mare. Inoltre la host molto disponibile e carina, la consiglio vivamente!

Contro: Non c’è niente che non sia stato buono

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, completamente accessoriato. Stanze pulite, ottima posizione e vista dalla terrazza molto bella. Lucia, la ragazza che ci ha accolto, è stata davvero molto gentile e super disponibile ad accogliere le nostre domande e le nostre richieste

Incantevole

Pro: Posizione perfetta con Ortigia raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi; appartamento ampio e ben tenuto con proprietaria molto cordiale; bar, locali , supermercato e farmacie nelle vicinanze. Vista mozzafiato dall'enorme terrazzo che gira intorno all'appartamento

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Casa molto accogliente, grande e luminosa. Si trova in una posizione invidiabile perché vicina al centro ma comunque tranquilla. La zona è ben servita.

Comodità e posizione eccezionali.

Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento in uno stabile storico con bellissima vista e terrazzo sulla città. Condominio da ristrutturare :-) ma l’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato con camere comode e spaziose, zona living e cucina ben attrezzate. Disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host.

Pro: The flat ja large and clean and has a wonderful terrace with sea views. The bedrooms are a good size. The location is brilliant so close to Ortigia and with a supermarket close by as well as lots of restaurants. We had a car but we didn’t need it at all. There is a lift which is great.

Contro: Nothing much. Just worth knowing there is no oven just a microwave and no toaster. This wasn’t an issue but also maybe worth noting the building itself is a little run down but the apartment is not. The water pressure was a little less than vigorous but it was ok.

Pro: Appartment is really big, 4 rooms ,kitchen. It was very very clean , even some 4 star hotels arr not so. Lucia met as it was agreed, provided all necessary information, big thanks regarding Midolo - fantastic breakfast and meat balls, best place to remember, and other good tips. Location is super good, easy to reach Ortigia by foot, ~10-15 min max and easy to drive by car outside the town. Around there are some nice places for a dinner, worth to mention Puros. And most important is view from terraze. Really great, quiet place to stay even for 1 week.

Contro: Bed is always object for discusion. In was clean and good , but who loves more soft version could complain.

Pro: Lucia looked after us very well . The apartment has lovely roof top views over Syracusa and Ortigia . The apartment suited us , a couple with an 18 year old daughter perfectly . There are 2 living rooms and a double and twin room both with air conditioning . The washing machine was very handy too .

Contro: It looks like a run down building as you enter it - but once you go into the apartment you’ll be presently surprised as it is lovely .
