Passate due bellissime giornate

Pro: Appartamento estremamente pulito e funzionale. Ottima la posizione. Marco, il proprietario, è persona gentilissima e disponibile: ci ha aiutato con il parcheggio (era in corso il G7 agricoltura). Da consigliare a chi deve soggiornare in Siracusa.

Pro: Very lovely and spacious apartment, very clean. Located close to the bus and train station and some monuments in Siracusa. Restaurants, shops, coffee places nearby. Very easy to reach Ortigia from the appartment. The owner Marco was very helpful and gave us lots of tips what to visit and where to eat. We arrived on Christmas Day and he gave us a typical italian sweet bread. Kitchen is very well equiped. Coffee, tea, water provided. Communication was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pro: The host, Marco, was most helpful. He met us at the apartment even though we were early and allowed us to leave our luggage while the apartment was still being cleaned. He kept us fully informed and was extremely helpful in arranging restaurant bookings for us. The apartment is in a good location. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything we needed.

Fantastic apartment, great location close to the train station and a short walk to the Ortigia

Pro: The apartment was perfect, the pictures don’t do it justice. Huge rooms and a lovely balcony which was ideal for sitting out. Thank you for a great staty!

Great host!

Pro: Marco is a great host! Responsive, helpful and he knows the area. In March it was easy to park on the street for free. Bakery and great pizza close to the flat. Big comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped, but if you want to cook a lot, then it’s limited and would require some new pots. Basic bathroom with shower. Thank you Marco!

Contro: Bad smell from the shower. Unfortunately there was some street renovation which caused this issue, but it was bad. We received some liquid but it helped only for couple of hours.

Pro: The apartment is very close to Ortiga.It is comfortable and suitable for a family and also for two couples. You can easily find free parking spaces. The owner was very kind and gave us additional info for restaurants. I liked the self check in and check out /easy and without waisting time for him and for us/

Contro: Everything was perfect.

Pro: Location is great, FREE parking in front of the door. Great host. Make sure to drink your cappuccino at Midolo just 2 minutes away towards Ortigia. Spacious rooms and nice balcony in the sun from early morning untill 15:00 (winter)

All in all we had a good stay, if only the weather was better…has nothing to do with the accomodation.

Pro: Well located, walking distance to historic Ortigia. Comfortable. Not much street noise. Well maintained. The owners were kind enough to provide us with very useful tips on some fine restaurants in Syracuse.

Contro: As the weather was rainy and cold, we had issues with the heating as the apartment has marble floors and very high ceilings, however it was settled in no time as owners provided additional heaters and umbrella.
