Pro: Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura: la posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al centro e perfetta per muoversi a piedi e visitare le attrazioni principali. La camera pulita e confortevole, e i servizi offerti hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato il personale: accogliente, cortese e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni e suggerimenti utili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca una base comoda e accogliente in centro — tornerò sicuramente!

Bellissimo appartamento
Pro: Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione con bagno privato e cucinino, è in una buona posizione che consente di arrivare a piedi ad Ortigia.Vengono forniti shampo e bagnoschiuma (cosa non banale in quanto mi è capitato che non fossero presenti negli appartamenti) e inoltre c’è una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia nel frigorifero. È possibile parcheggiare l’auto in strada gratuitamente girando un po’ nelle strade intorno. Host cordiale e disponibile.

Pro: L'appartamento, situato in una zona tranquilla di Siracusa, è comodissimo per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti: a due passi da ortigia, dalla borgata, dal porto, dal parco archeologico e dalla stazione. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo una pulizia impeccabile, un appartamento luminoso e un bellissimo balcone! Giulio è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Pro: Un soggiorno perfetto, grazie anche a Carmen! La struttura è pulita, accogliente e situata in una posizione davvero strategica: vicinissima alla stazione ma sorprendentemente tranquilla e silenziosa, il che la rende perfetta per riposare bene. Inoltre è comoda a tutti i servizi, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più agevole. Per chi, come noi ha la macchina, il parcheggio lo si trova comodamente sotto casa non a pagamento. Ma la vera punta di diamante è senza dubbio Carmen: una donna superlativa, che ci ha accolte con un sorriso caloroso, offrendoci subito un caffè e facendoci sentire come a casa. Al momento della nostra partenza si è anche prodigata per salutarci con affetto e augurarci un buon proseguimento di vacanza. Un’ospitalità genuina e rara, che ci porteremo nel cuore. Super consigliato!

Un accoglienza indimenticabile!
Pro: Il proprietario dell' appartamento sin da subito ci ha fatto sentire a casa con la sua cordialità e disponibilità. L'appartamento è nuovo e dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario. La stanza è pulitissima e luminosa. Il posto è in una zona centralissima (a 3min a piedi dalla stazione, 10min da Ortigia e 17min dal teatro antico) e molto tranquilla.
Contro: Mancava solo lo zucchero per il caffè!

The accommodation was great. The facilities and position, an easy walk to Ortigia was perfect.
Pro: The location to Ortigia- very important when choosing- as well as location to busses & trains. The facilities were great.
Contro: Arrival quite stressful- lack of clear signage and communication. Despite knowing and agreeing that we could arrive earlier than the check in ( to simply drop off luggage) the owner did not respond to Whatsapps and we had to press all buttons to get a response from anyone in the complex to try and alert the owner to the fact that we were at his address.( its critical to an incoming tenant/guest to have good contact with the accommodation. The response once he arrived was not hospitable and his 'excuse' was that tis is not his 'real' business interest and so he doesnt monitor or respond to whatsapps easily. He then wanted to cancel and refund on the spot because he was challenged re his inhospitable behaviour and the fact that we had 'disturbed' other tenants. Booking.com needs to extract assurance from establishments that they WILL be available and respond appropriately with guests, specifically on their day of arrival. There was no excuse for this dismal behaviour and its not whats expected from Booking.com establishments. PS! We stayed at 9 establishments via Booking.com and the other 8 were perfectly hospitable and communicative/caring. Having ZERO signage or ZERO indication on any door does not assist when arriving at an accommodation. Either get with the tourism program or take your place off the market - or simply improve your attitude.

Next time in Siracusa, we know where to stay!
Pro: In a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a stone's throw from the train station, whence there's excellent service to the airport, Catania, Taormina etc. Gave a feeling of spaciousness and freshness, with everything new and hyper clean. Loved the faded Gauguins on the walls! Above all, Julio went out of his way to ensure we had a most pleasant stay.
Contro: The apartment is recently refurbished and done very well, but a couple of additions might help: - a towel rail and clothes hooks in the bathroom? - a headboard for the bed for more comfortable reading, though it was fine for sleeping. More importantly, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great - maybe that was a municipal issue?

Pro: The place was really spacious, clean and was at a great location - only a short walk away from Ortigia and the train & bus station. It had everything that we needed. The highlight for us was definitely our host Julio- he was super friendly, funny and helpful. I can highly recommend this place!
