Pro: Appartamento molto confortevole, buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e bus Ortigia, la zona archeologica e i musei. Proprietari carini ci hanno accolto con bevande fresche e pasticcini a pasta di mandorle. Lo consigliamo.

Appartamento ottimo per visitare Siracusa e dintorni
Pro: L'appartamento pur piccolo è funzionale e dotato di tutto, posto in una posizione comoda sia per visitare Ortigia che per spostarsi per la val di Noto e le coste del sud Sicilia, ad un passo di bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Trovato pulitissimo, con ben 2 condizionatori molto efficaci e (oltre a 2 piccoli balconi) un ampio terrazzo e bagno comodo con doccia molto ampia
Contro: Praticamente niente, posso solo segnalare un po' di mancanza di insonorizzazione

Confort e relax
Pro: Posizione strategica. Appartamento nuovo e luminoso con ampio Terrazzo con vista mare e Ortigia. Ottimo ristorante nella stessa strada. Zona servitissima. Parcheggio gratuito in zona

Host thought of everything
Pro: Loredana, the host was exceptionally nice. The kitchen was well equipped, coffee and tea was provided. Choice of coffee makers, ample crockery and everything one could need for a holiday stay. The property was homely and all shops were near. Very good location, we walked everywhere and felt safe. Fantastic bathroom and a great balcony.
Contro: Not the properties fault but neighbours listen to radio until late sometimes, have earplugs handy. We would still stay at the property again as it was exceptionally nice.

Perfect appartment recommended
Pro: Very clean. New, modern furniture, full equiped kitchen. Even washing machine. Bathroom very new, everything is working properly. Balcony is the highlight of the appartment. Walking distance to the old town. Good restaurant in the street, and bakery is one corner far.

Pro: Amazing, comfortable apartment with a large, spacious terrace plus two small balconies. The appartment is newly renovated, light and lovely (looks even better than in the pictures). There is everytging one may need during the stay, incl. coffee machinge, cooking equipment, washing machine, shower cosmetics, good wifi. The bed is large and comfy. We spent a lot of time in the terrace, where you can have a meal or coffee at the table or enjoy the sunbeds. The appartment's location is great - you have good restaurants just down the stairs, and Syracuse tourist attractions in walking distance, with the bridge connecting the mainland with the picturesque Ortigia island within a 10-minute walk. We are thankful to the very nice hosts who were always easy to reach, staying here was among the highlights of our Sicily experience!

There’s a large balcony where you can enjoy the sea view and also do some exercise.
Pro: The location is wonderful. It’s close to Ortigia, and also close to bus station and train station. There are several great restaurants nearby.

O foarte bună alegere pentru Siracusa
Pro: Gazdele Loredana si Alessandro au un apartament frumos, care, deși într-un spațiu restrâns, oferă tot ce este necesar. Terasa are un spațiu larg, cu vedere spre apus. Localizarea este excelentă, aproape de gară, stații de autobuz și de Ortigia, plus un restaurant foarte bun la intrarea pe stradă. De apreciat informațiile și micile atenții oferite de gazde (apă/băuturi, capsule de cafea, gustare dulce).
Contro: Izolarea fonică față de apartamentul de deasupra (tavanul fiind din lemn). Dar am avut noroc de vecini destul de liniștiți.

Pro: Das Appartement mit Terrasse ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber u geschmackvoll mit allem eingerichtet. Die Terrasse konnten wir durch unsere Ausflüge fast nicht genießen aber beim Heimkommen bzw am Morgen war der Ausblick aufs Meer u zur Altstadt wunderbar. (wie ein 2. Zimmer). Die Vermieterin Loredana ist sehr freundlich u kooperativ bei der Ankunftszeit. Sie hatte Getränke u Süßes im App. vorbereitet. In die Altstadt geht man ca 10min. Daher Ruhe in der Nacht u bessere Parkmöglichkeiten. (In der Nähe gibt es eine Easyparkzone bzw am Abend konnten wir immer einen öffentlichen Parkplatz finden.) Der Zugang zum App.erfolgt über eine kleine, nicht mit Auto befahrbare Sackgasse. Unser bestes Quartier auf der Rundreise...würde ich jdz.wieder buchen.
