Elegante appartamento in palazzo storico Ortigia

Pro: sicuramente la posizione è ottima; la disposizione in casa pure, perchè gli ambienti sono ben divisi e entrambe le camere possono avere la loro privacy.

Contro: il frigorifero non è molto performante; da tener presente, anche se per me non è stato un problema, che l'appartamento è al secondo piano e non c'è ascensore e in caso di bagagli grandi potrebbe essere un problema

Pro: Siamo stati davvero benissimo. All’accoglienza ci hanno fornito acqua e caffè e tutto per la casa. La signora Maria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, da tornarci.

Pro: La posizione davvero comoda, l'appartamento in sé davvero molto bello. E la gentilezza del Signor Fulci è della dolcissima Maria.

Pro: Situato nel cuore di Ortigia, a due passi dal mare e dal Duomo, questo bell'appartamento spazioso, curato e dal sapore antico ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero confortevole. Molto apprezzabili anche le gentilezze del proprietario e l'accoglienza della signora Maria ,che si è premurata di riservarci un posto auto in un posteggio quasi di fronte alla casa.

Romantic apartment Perfectly located with lots of character and space.

Pro: The location of the beautiful apartment is perfect. The views from the small balconies were beautiful. Perfect for people watching with a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The kitchen and apartment is very well equipped with books etc, it's like home from home. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. TV worked really well (easy to translate to another language) The hostess was lovely and very helpful.

Pro: Ortigia is beautiful. The apartment was good for our week stay. Close to everything.

Contro: The 53 steps to the apartment.

Pro: Firstly, we had to thank to Fatiha and her son for the warm welcome and great helping, they are really good persons, they booked a parking spot for our rental car and they explain how works everything in the apparment. We had everything we needed, washing machine, disher machine, 3 Air conditioner, balcony with a great view of the Ortigia Sea, the location it's just perfect, near to the cathedral, theater and restaurants. In our opinion it's the BEST place we have ever been and we have travelled a lot..

Pro: A perfect location in beautiful old building and within walking distance of beach, Cathedral, and all the historic sites. It felt very private even though we were in the heart of Ortigia. Amazing! A wonderful friendly and informative welcome from the house keeper and her son

Contro: Maybe give a warning about all the stairs! We were fine but others might not be!!

Syracuse is a historic city with natural beauty, great food and access to the Mediterranean sea.

Pro: The owner of the apartment was warm and hospitable and Maria was wonderful and came to meet us when we arrived, and also checked in with us the entire time to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect and only steps away from the nicest beach in town where we went for morning swims each day. You can see the sea from the living room balcony where we took our coffee each morning.... Super comfortable and clean with great natural light -- we even cooked dinner and stayed in several nights, as it was so pleasant to be there. I will come back!

Lovely apartment in great location

Pro: Communication was really easy, and both Francesco and Maria were very quick to reply to any queries. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very spacious, with French windows and shutters in all the rooms, from which you could see the sea. Location is great - in the heart of beautiful Siracusa - so we didn't mind the bit of noise that went with it. Thank you, Francesco and Maria (and your lovely son with his great English), for a wonderful stay!
