I Tre Balconi di Via Roma Apartment

Ci tornerei volentieri.

Pro: Ottima posizione,appartamento piccolo ma molto confortevole,carino,pulito ed attrezzato.E' sul corso,strategico per girare Ortigia a piedi e a 2 passi dalla spiaggetta.

Contro: Nulla.

Immerso nell'atmosfera della bella Sicilia

Pro: posizione centrale e aspetto dell'appartamento molto curato

Enjoyed our 5 nights, felt like locals being in the heart of the city. Lots to see nearby.

Pro: Big apartment, well equipped and in the heart of old Ortigia with buzzing street-life. Sweet little beach at the end of the road. Good bed and lots of cupboard space and kitchen gear. Bathroom is certainly snug but fine for us. Helpful host and nice ambience.

Contro: Despite having 3 balconies (which you can just about sit on) there's not a huge amount of natural light. But that's old buildings for you.

Centrally located apartment

Pro: Great location. Large and comfortable bed. Spacious. Efficient and friendly check-in/out procedures.

Contro: Windows not completely sound-proof so there is a bit of noise from the street at night. Shower could benefit from renovation.

Pro: This flat had a really unique atmosphere. I love the huge doors to the balkonies overlooking the streets. I liked to style which was a mix of traditional Italian style with a mixture of modern Ikea furniture. The location is excellent - literally everything was max 10 mins away walking - 2 beaches, some nice not touristy cafes and restaurants, the post office... And the hosts were super nice - we got in touch on Whatsapp prior to my arrival and everything was very smooth.

Pro: A comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town Ortigia, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The furniture is stylish and comfortable and the air conditioner/heater helped to maintain warmth on a rainy day. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Contro: The apartment is situated on a busy street on which activity is going on day and night. The windows isolate the noise rather well but if one wants to sleep with the window open, earplugs are a must. The shower works well but the cabin doors are quite narrow and getting in and out of the shower may pose a challenge for elderly people or persons with above-average body weight.

Super schöne Unterkunft direkt in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem hat man im Apartment seine Ruhe! Zugang zum Meer ist auch

Pro: Die Unterkunft war direkt im Zentrum, aber dennoch super leise! Wir waren in kurzer Zeit schon am Meer und auch in der Innenstadt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war, dass die Klimaanlage im Eingangsbereich war, wodurch man sie auch über Nacht laufen lassen konnte ohne warme Nächte

Contro: Alles war super, nur hatten wir manchmal Probleme mit dem Schlüssel für die Eingangstür aber mit einem Trick, haben wir es dann einfach rausgefunden

Bel appartement en plein cœur d'Ortigia

Pro: Très bel appartement en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Forcément c'est un peu bruyant jusqu'à ce que les rues se vident le soir mais il ne faut pas choisir d'être dans une rue étroite avec beaucoup de boutiques et restaurants si l'on ne supporte pas le bruit.

Contro: Rien

Un appartement au coeur d'Ortigia

Pro: Appartement confortable, propre, avec de grandes fenêtres, dans l'ancien. Nous avons aimé être proche de la rue très vivante (on peut ne pas aimer si on veut son calme) et du centre historique. Et notre contact (qui parle français) a été réactive et de très bon conseil.

Contro: L'activité de la via Roma commence vraiment tôt... mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre!
