Pro: Casa molto ampia e posizione eccellente per visitare Ortigia. Vista dal balcone incredibile!

Contro: Il sistema aria condizionata abbastanza obsoleto soprattutto nelle camere da letto e consiglierei il cambio della serratura della porta di ingresso visto a volte la difficoltà di aprirla.

Pro: La casa è meravigliosa e luminosa. La vista é pazzesca e le stanze ampie.

Contro: Ospitalità rivedibile. Il personale a cui é stata affidata la gestione della casa é terribilmente invadente. Al check in é stato fatta una spiegazione sulle regole della casa a dir poco dettagliata con rimproveri preventivi. Il check out é stato imbarazzante. Il responsabile della casa é arrivato con 20 minuti di anticipo e ha letteralmente perquisito la casa (aperto i pensili della cucina, sollevato vasi, controllato i letti e le tende) mentre noi ancora stavamo choudendo i bagagli mettendo a disagio tutti.

Pro: La posizione è a 50 metri dalla cattedrale. A noi ci è servita solo per lavarci e dormire eravamo tutto il giorno fuori a visitare i paesi vicini

Contro: L'unica cosa che posso segnalare è il materasso della stanza da letto che ha il bagno in camera è da sostituire ormai molto vecchio, i letti delle altre 2 camerr invece erano a posto

Pro: Posizione perfetta con vista mozzafiato sulla zona marina del porto, appartamento ampio, luminoso e ben diviso. Presenza di una stanza soppalcata stupenda.

Contro: Servizi igienici non all'altezza dell'appartamento, terza stanza con presenza di divano letto/branda scomodo, inserendo un semplice letto matrimoniale (vista la dimensione della stanza che lo permette) diventerebbe una location veramente di alto livello.

Wonderful location spacious apartment might need to update a few things

Pro: Very spacious good aircon very well positioned quiet lovely view over the bay

Contro: Only one set of keys is not enough for x6 people. One of the apartment beds had a very thin uncomfortable mattress and one didn’t have enough kitchen equipment

Beautiful O rtigia

Pro: The location and view from the balcony was outstanding.

Contro: Facilities were a bit light-on. No dish cloths, one dishwashing tablet for 4 days and the main bed was very squeaky.

Fantastic position, with perils of long distance management.

Pro: The spaciousness , location, and appointment of the flaf is fabulous. By the promenade, overlooking the harbour and just a short stroll up the road to the Doumo. So glad we chose Ortigia.. It was a great flat to share for a group friends who wanted separate bedroom.

Contro: There are shortcomings when a property is managed from afar. This company's helpdesk is in Milan. I spent more than 2 hrs in the stairwell trying to get in, not being able to open the lock! I had to send a video of how I tried to open it and got a long explanation back on how to turn a key. It was getting dark, the light in the stairwell went out every 2 min. After 2.5 hrs, the local supervisor turned up and told me I was trying to get into the wrong flat! This could all have been avoided if the front doors were clearly marked for identification. Now, it was only the door that I tried to open that had a company sticker. Instead of asking locked out customers to send videos to Milan, the company could hold photographs of the key plate on file. These are the perils of long-distance management!

Amazing place

Pro: We liked everything: the house is spacious, very functional and a nice blend of modern and antique. And the location is absolutely amazing...

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: The property was very well located and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Great spot for families with plenty of space and access to restaurants.
