Pro: Posizione strategica sul mare, vicino a lidi e spiaggia pubblica ben servita. Appartamento carino, moderdo e confortevole, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato nel frigor l'acqua fresca cosa molto gradita. La persona con cui ho interagito ha fornito indicazioni chiare e semplici.

Contro: L'appartamento poteva esser pulito meglio.

Pro: Posizione sul mare ed appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

Contro: Non sono cose negative ma solo consigli per l'host. Mettere una tenda nella finestra in bagno ed una copertura nel balcone.

Comfortable apartment in Avola

Pro: The location is excellent, exactly on the beachfront. The area was very quiet and peaceful - however we visited in the winter period, and in summer I imagine it will be more hectic considering the prime location. The apartment itself was comfortable, with all the required amenities. The host is very easily reachable and helpful with any questions.

Pro: The location is excellent, offering sea views and a beach only two or three minutes away. The flat itself is bright and has comfortable furniture and beds, as well as a large balcony with sea views. The owner was always available if we had any questions or encountered any problems. Excellent underground parking.

Contro: No washing machine!!!! The second floor of the flat is an open space with no partitions separating one room from another. The apartments are ideal for couples without children or with small children. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that the balcony door could not be locked, which meant that anyone could enter the flat at any time. This problem could not be solved immediately, but I hope it will be fixed in the future. Fortunately, nothing unpleasant happened during our stay. The cleaning could have been better. There was a lot of old dust on the second floor. It was in the corners and under the bed.
