Pro: A very welcoming house with a terrace and a yard, we relaxed in the rocking chair while looking at the sea which is just across the road. The beach is 2 minutes from the house, as well as several restaurants. In the house you can find all the utensils you need if you want to cook, you really feel at home. The hosts were extremely kind and I thank them once again for letting us do a late check out. I highly recommend!

Ideal for exploring all that Avola has to offer
Pro: Great location - just cross the road and head down the ramp to a nice beach with snorkelling around the ticky headlands.
Contro: Strange layout - no real living room.

Perfekt für ein einen Kurzurlaub
Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, die Kommunikation war zuvorkommend und komplikationslos, die Betten waren bequem.
Contro: Mir persönlich hat aufgrund des schlechten Wetters irgendwie ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum gefehlt, wo man einfach quatschen oder lesen könnte.

Pro: Wir hatten hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es war sauber, sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war einwandfrei. Wir haben noch ein Bettlaken mehr gebraucht wurde uns von Daniela bis zum Abend gebracht. Zum Strand 5 Minuten Fußweg zum italienischen Frühstück 7 Minuten. Es war recht ruhig trotz der Straße vorne dran. Auto im Grundstück. Top! Wirklich schöner gepflegter Garten um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Betten waren bequem ,Schränke mit genug Platz für Klamotten auch viele Haken im Bad. Schöne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Perfekte Unterkunft für uns vier! Würden gerne wieder kommen!
Contro: Nichts! Es war alles perfekt!

Pro: Czysto ,przestronnie,bardzo elegancki obiekt z łatwym dojściem na plażę ok 1 minuta. Obok restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem. Ogólnie bardzo miły i udany pobyt z fajną obsługą
Contro: Jedyny minus to wyposazenie kuchni, brak deski do krojenia, ostrego noża, kieliszków do wina , jak i tak podstawowych rzeczy prawie zawsze dostępne w innych kwaterach jak sól czy przyprawy

Pro: Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage in dem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Apartment nahe am Meer. Die Hosts waren sehr schnell in der Kommunikation und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns für unser Baby Wickeltisch & Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Wohnungen. Wir hatten die Hintere. Wir haben uns dann am Hauseingang eine Sitzecke gemacht damit wir auch Meerblick haben.

Locația foarte bună, apartamentul curat, spațios, recomand.
Pro: Locația foarte bună, apartamentul cu parcare proprie, se află la 3 minute de plajă publică de nisip cu intrare lină , dar chiar peste drum este o plajă de nisip mică și superbă (coboriria la ia mai complicată dar se merită), magazine la 5-7 minute distanță cu mașina, restaurante gelaterie. Fiți atenți ce rezervați ca la această proprietate sunt 2 apartamente, unul are scrânciob altul nu are scrânciob. Jacuzzi foarte mult nea plăcut.
Contro: Bucătăria slab echipată, de cind călătorim prima cazare unde nu am avut un ceainic, la fel nu era un fund de bucătărie pentru a tăia pe el fructele legumele piinea (am rugat de la proprietar dar el nu a adus, dar ne-a spus de unde putem cumpăra) doar aceste minusuri le-am găsit. Recomand proprietarului să mai doteze puțin bucătăria cu ustensile, un cuțit mai ascuțit si dur, un bol pentru salate, un fund de bucătărie și altele necesare, poate chiar și niște cantități mici de sare etc. după o să fie perfect. Oricum recomand cu încredere acest apartament.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, great weather, beautiful beaches & amazing food.
Pro: When we first arrived, the Property Manager, Antonio, gave us a warm welcome and provided us a nice tour of the Villa Apartment. He provided information regarding nearby areas to visit and recommended a few fantastic restaurants. Thank you Antonio...you earned 5/5 Stars!!!! The property has 2 rental apartments in the Villa, both separated nicely with privacy. The property is directly across the street from the waterfront, the beach is about 100 meters walk. Restaurants are also within 1-2 minute walking distance.

Pro: Die Lage ist Direkt am Meer nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Zum Strand sind es 100 m. Antonio wo das Haus betreut, ist sehr nett und hat und gute Tipps was Restaurants und Sehenswürdikeiten betrifft gegeben.
