Pro: Apartamenti nuovissimi, in posizione stupenda e centralissima x visitare Ortigia. A piedi era tutto raggiungibile: lungomare, centro storico, bar, ristoranti, parcheggio comodissimo.
Contro: Essendo nuovi gli appartamenti ci sono piccole che andrebbero sistemate, ma è normale.

Pro: Struttura eccellente, pulita, suggestiva e in ottima posizione. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole soggiornare in uno dei borghi storici di Ortigia.

Pro: In the Heart of Ortigia, in a combination of ancient and new, you'll find your own mini palace to enjoy your stay. Beautiful design and presentation, very illuminated, and very cozy. Perfect for making a memorable stay
Contro: If you are very sensitive to noise, the only you'll hear is when someone is going up or down the stairs; and you are in the middle of the town, so do not expect a view of the sea. But those are things that did not bother me :)

Hidden 'new' gem of Ortigia
Pro: I found this marvellous place on Booking.com. The apartment exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect. Everything is on walking distance. Two very good restaurants in less than 50 meters. The daily food market is 2 minutes walking from the apartment. We stayed for two nights in Ortigia. The city is beautiful with excellent restaurants and typical Sicilian street food. The apartment is new, fresh, quiet and very well equipped. I definitely recommend this place. Ortigia is the island of the city Siracusa and accessible by car. You can park your car for free on 5 to 10 min walking (over the bridge) or in the parking Talete or at the car park in front of the Palace hotel. Ps. Dont forget to have a drink on the roof terrace

The level of comfort above average, despite minor faults
Pro: Most importantly, it's clean and dry, airy, but warm and comfortable to stay, with two ACs for both of the spaces. The hot water is hot and goes normally. There are other cookies like a balcony with a table (to enter from the kitchenette), modern design, lots of lighting switches and sockets cleverly placed where you need them, a lovely beamed wooden ceiling - you don't expect that level of comfort of an old building in Sicily. My compliments to those who engineered the renovation.
Contro: It was advertised as having a kitchenette, but the sink and the hob were hidden under a special wooden hood, obviously messaging they were out of reach, maybe because I only booked for 1 night. A warning would be appreciated though, and in general it was inconvenient not to have access to the kitchen sink. The code to enter wouldn't work, the door was unlocked remotely by the host representative, so if you don't have mobile connection to call the host right at the door, you're in trouble. I wouldn't trust the key-card either - every time it took some fidgeting to make it work. Too many names of different organisations related to the property made it impossible to find it on google maps, had to use the addres to plot the directions.
