Pro: Villa dotata di ogni comfort, barbecue esterno, piscina idromassaggio, bagni di servizio interno ed esterno, ogni camera dispone di bagno e privacy. Ideale per una vacanza tra amici ma anche in famiglia. Consigliatissima se si vuole godere della bellezza delle zone limitrofe e comunque non rinunciare a rilassarsi in casa.

Pro: Struttura completamente rinnovata, con un giardino fantastico. Cucina interna e cucina esterna a bordo piscina. Tutte le camere hanno un proprio bagno.

Il lusso vicino a Siracusa
Pro: Struttura curatissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Vi sono 4 camere da letto, ciascuna con il proprio bagno. In giardino si trova la splendida piscina con idromassaggio e una cucina attrezzata con veranda per pranzare all'aperto. La villa è a due passi dal mare in una zona silenziosa e dista un quarto d'ora di auto da Siracusa. Il proprietario è un signore molto gentile e disponibile. All'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare da bere e un vassoio di pasticcini di pasta di mandorla. Sicuramente una dimora top se amate ambienti eleganti. Consigliatissima

Pro: Beautiful spacious place. Each room was great and has their own bathroom which we appreciated a lot as a group of 8 people. Great well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen and beautiful pool area. We have had a wonderful stay.

Pro: We were very lucky to stay at this beautiful villa. The property is amazing and the weather was fantastic. There is a nearby access to the sea with a wonderful rocky coastline. The location is convenient – about 15 minutes by car to the city center, and a taxi ride in the evening cost around €35. If you plan to explore the southern part of Sicily, this villa is in a perfect strategic location. The area is quiet, possibly because we visited during the off-season, which made it even more relaxing. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and the villa offered plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the swimming pool. The host was very kind, helpful and explained everything upon our arrival. It was a great holiday – we visited Syracuse, Catania, Mount Etna, Taormina, Agrigento and nearby attractions. We truly recommend this place.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay! The pool was fantastic, and the outdoor kitchen was truly impressive. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Every bedroom had at least one bathroom, which was very convenient. The host was kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
Contro: There are no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity, so you need to get in the car and drive a bit.

Fantastic!
Pro: Villa, facilities, garden and pool were all excellent and Agostino, the host was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a car to get around to access lots of lovely beaches and fabulous things to see/places to eat in nearby towns a short drive away.

Pro: Breakfast not applicable , self catering Villa. Agostino gave us his mobile for contact , should we need it , 24hours. We tried not to interrupt him but if we texted he replied almost immediately .He left water for everybody . For his benefit only we suggested a visitors book for people to leave advice and recommendations for future clients. The Villa is immaculate and extremely well equipped . The outdoor kitchen and BBQ was a fantastic space we were not expecting. The photos do not do it credit. Perfetto agistino!

Pro: The house was clean, great hughe pool with tv (spotify etc if you connect with your own device), outside kitchen, enough privacy for every one, enough different places to sit out side. If you want to go sightseeing you need a car, also for groceries. If you need the host he will aswer immediately. Thanks, Agostino.
Contro: There was no diswasher (but we have kids 😉) It will be hard to find something simular 😊
