Pro: Everything! The location is superb, with a sea view. We used it as a base for visiting the wonderful cities of Sicily. The location is wonderful, with all the comforts with a terrace and a garden that you can hardly part with. Very kind owners.

A beautiful house, inside and out, by the sea!

Pro: Beautiful property close to the sea. Manfredi was incredibly welcoming; even though he was unwell he gave us lots of tips via WhatsApp. There was a lot of attention to detail throughout the property, with plenty of touches to make us feel right at home. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning looking out towards the sea. Beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. Kitchen facilities were also great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Contro: The only thing to be mindful of is the need for a car to access the property. We didn’t mind this, as it meant we could escape the busyness of the towns. Others may find this restrictive.

Pro: Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind super und überall Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern. Es ist sehr ruhig, der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele sehr gute Infos bekommen. Zusammengefasst: alles perfekt!

Contro: Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Besonders, wenn man mit Navi fährt. Lieber die genauen Angaben des Vermieters beachten.

Relaxen und tolle Ausflüge

Pro: Wem ein Innenstadtquartier zu stressig ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Auto obligatorisch. Schöne Spaziergänge an der ursprünglichen Küste und doch in 20 Minuten in Siracusa (Ortygia) und in maximal einer Stunde in den Barockstädten im Südosten Sizilens (Weltkulturerbe). Dazu ein nettes Sommerhaus in einem schönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sauber und modern. Manfredi hat uns sehr gut informiert und sehr nützliche Empfehlungen gegeben. Danke!

Pro: La vue magnifique sur la mer. Maison adaptée pour la famille, terrasse et extérieur idéal pour profiter du soleil. Petit déjeuner dehors ! Environnement très joli et nature !
