Villa Solare

Pro: Posizione comodissima a due passi dal mare. La villa è spaziosa e ben curata, dotata di giardino esterno incantevole. Proprietario molto disponibile. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno.

Pro: Beautiful Villa with nice garden and balcony. Host is very friendly. Near to a private beach....you can enjoy the sunrise and a nice walk.

Contro: The kitchen vessels were not in good quality.

Pro: Salvo is very friendly and helpful! Location is perfect for the beach and peaceful

Pro: Property had everything we needed for our stay plenty of room. Home away from home. Host Salvo was very prompt with response with last minute booking. We had a car and was happy to have on site parking available. Very close to beach house has a lovely garden to sit and relax in.

Pleasant and quiet house with big garden very close to the beach

Pro: Owner Salvo is very friendly and helpful. He took good care of us. The villa is spacious. It is quiet (except for some dogs), it has a pleasant garden with various plants and tres. There is a fine sand beach at 100 metres! In the house, we liked in particular the outdoors shower and having bathrooms on both floors.

Pro: Big house and garden, very closed to the beach, full equipment.

Contro: We had to pay an additional fee of 5 euros per person for bath towels. The shower cubicle was very narrow. There was a problem with the electricity. The front door is quite small to drive a car through. We were also bothered by a lot of mosquitoes.

Pro: Lovely villa by a quiet beach, and easy drive to all the local attractions. Salvo the host a wealth of local information

Contro: Only slight annoyance was need to pay in cash

Pro: The host - Salvo is a wonderful person. You can talk with him all the time. He is very helpful and knows everything what you want to ask. The location is great - just 50 metres to the nearest bech. The garden is beatiful.

Great place, great cpmmunication, no regrets!

Pro: We stayed in Villa Solare in October 2023 for 3 nights with my mum. We had the whole vila just to ourselves, it is a big house, fully furnished with nice garden and private parking. The sea is just 3mins walking to a smaller public beach and 10mins to beautiful Lido di Noto beach which offers all you need for perfect beach vacation, there is also couple minimarkets around so you can buy there what you need. The highway is nearby so connection to airport is easy, about 1hour ride. I would definitely recommend to come with a car so you are able to visit other places as well. The highlight is the owner, he wears his heart on sleeve, communication before, during and after our stay was perfect, he is very kind, super responsive, you can see he really cares that you enjoy your stay, he explained everything perfectly and even helped me to park our car since it was a bit challeneging to get into private parking. Overall we had a great time and can definitely recommend.

Contro: We had to pay extra charge to be able to sleep in separate rooms which surprised me a bit since in other accomodations this was not required, however, we agreed this before our arrival so we knew this was coming. However, given it is not the cheapest accomodation I don't think it should be standard. The place is clean but you can see it could use some fine tuning, both bathrooms have their best days behind, however, it is what was advertised, so this is not a complaint, just to let customers know to not expect 5* luxury hotel. Neverthless, we loved our stay and you will not regret!

Pro: Das Haus liegt am Rand von Lido di Noto, nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Es hat einen schönen Garten, der gut gepflegt ist und in dem viele Vögel leben. Sehr schön zum Frühstücken und Abendessen im Grünen.
