Fantastic villa off the beaten track

Pro: Beautiful villa and gorgeous pool. Remote location but easy to find and not far from the town. Spotlessly clean with great utilies. Comfortable beds. Claudio was the perfect host, on hand throught to answer questions and give advice.

Pro: The villa is in a beautiful area.The outside area is so beautiful which is very quite and you can enjoy and relax. I will choose this villa for sure for our next holiday.

Pro: Host Claudio was very nice and helpful. Villa is big and comfortable in a very quiet area. Breathtaking views. The place was super clean. Beautiful big swimming pool.

Fabulous villa in a quiet, rural area.

Pro: Beautiful villa, in well looked after grounds. We loved the pool with the diving board. Lots of butterflies and lizards to keep you amused. We also enjoyed watching the swifts and the swallows diving for insects over the pool. Near the town, where you can find a small supermarket. There were restaurants, but we didn't get to try these. We loved Le Petit Cafe though, with its amazing pastries and gelato. We visited Noto which was very pretty and also went to the Valley of the Temples - this was a long drive, but worth every twist and turn (of which there were many).

Contro: There was nothing we didn't like. If I have to come up with a negative, there were no pool towels provided, despite the description saying there were. We had to buy some in the supermarket. Wasn't the end of the world and it by no means spoilt our time at Villa Calaforno. It was pretty perfect for us!

Contro: Villa had all the comforts and very well equipped. Hosts are very helpful and nice . The peace and traquility makes the place special .The pool was exceptional for us and the kids

Pro: Heerlijk groot zwembad, veel privacy, heerlijk rustig. Vriendelijke eigenaars, fijn bed.

Agréable séjour au calme

Pro: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de Claudio. La villa est très bien située, au calme mais non loin du centre du village où se trouve le nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances. La villa était très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est vraiment très bien avec une grande profondeur et un plongeoir. Bémol : nous étions 5 mais n'avions que 3 matelas pour nos 5 transats. Hormis ceci, nous avons passé un super séjour à Giarratana et chez Claudio plus particulièrement. PS : son huile d'olive est vraiment excellente.

Contro: Bon à savoir pour qui voyage entre amis, l'insonorisation de la maison est quasi inexistante donc aucune intimité. Un lave-vaisselle aurait été le bienvenu. Il n'y avait pas d'essuie pour la piscine, à prendre en considération pour faire vos bagages.
