Consiglio il soggiorno in questa casa, e il proprietario che è stato molto molto gentile

Pro: C’era tutto quello che serviva, doccino per i piedi, doccia esterna, bel patio esterno vivibile, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, posto auto,biancheria, lavatrice, anche gli asciugamani per la spiaggia. Casa pulita, nuova tenuta bene non posso che consigliarla.

A wonderful villa in a great location with a fabulous host!

Pro: We loved the location 2 minutes from the beach but also within easy distance of Ortigia, Noto and all the lovely towns in the south east as well as an easy day trip for Etna. The villa was a really chilled space with an outdoor shower which was brilliant for coming back from the beach. The villa had everything we needed and we loved it. Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. He also sent us lots of useful links for restaurants and places to go.

Pro: Très belle villa, idéalement située, avec un extérieur soigné et une maison parfaitement propre. L’accueil du propriétaire est à souligner : très présent, disponible et donnant de nombreuses informations utiles pour le séjour. Quelques points d’amélioration : il serait appréciable d’avoir un barbecue pour profiter pleinement du bel extérieur. À noter également, pour les personnes sensibles aux ondes ce qui est mon cas, la présence de deux antennes relais autour de la maison (simple précision à titre informatif). Dans l’ensemble, un excellent séjour cet été en Août dans une maison agréable et bien entretenue.

Pro: Хорошее расположение, очень близко к пляжу. Мы ходили купаться и потом возвращались на виллу, идти 3 минуты. Есть все необходимое. Красиво, чисто. Хозяин постоянно на связи.

Pro: Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat viele Tipps gegeben und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Villa mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Dusche im.Aussenbereich war sehr praktisch. Aussenhof sehr gross, mit vielen Liegenstühlen und Stühlen. Wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, sehr guter Stützpunkt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
