Great pool and location, so-and-so comfort inside

Pro: It was fine, big big plus for the pool and the location.

Contro: Beds were really hard, showers did not have the mobile head, only blocked one. Also it felt a bit old-ish the furniture.

Great relaxing break in a great location. We will be back to Sicily for sure!

Pro: Pool was amazing, good size and regularly cleaned. Perfect location walking distance to beaches and lots of bars and restaurants

Contro: Shower doors a bit awkward/stuck at times but nothing to worry about really.

Pro: We had a very good time at Corrado's apartment. He even helped us out providing oil. You have all the necessities you need and it is very spacious. A nice beach is also close by if the pool is not sufficient.

I would defenetly recommend this place!

Pro: Location, location, location! Everything was close and with in a walking distance. Restaurants, food shops and of course the beach! Pool was cleaned everyday and the owner was very nice.

Contro: We were missing the sun shades and the bbq that was not there. Sunshades were missing apparently because they thought that it was not yet summer but for us coming from skandinavia it was full on summer.

Nice drop to a cooling piscina and sea

Pro: The ground floor of the villa was nicely sheltered and very quiet. The bedrooms were nicely on the both ends of the villa with their bathrooms, you have your privacy if needed. Comfortable double beds and air-to-air heat pumps to cool or heat the bedrooms. The best in this villa is the outside area with the pool, you can spend time by the pool, on sunbeds or on dining area. The area and villa is well kept and the pool cleaned several times a week. Recycling of materials is organized. The street besides villa is quiet and you can park there for free. The beaches are of walking distance and services are not far away. Only the bigger stores are 1 km apart like the old centrum. The owner of the villa was positively taking care of the guests.

Best week in Avola, close to the sea

Pro: Everything was perfect! Very kind owner and comfy apartment. There was everything what you need and even gifts like grapes and wine :) 500 m to the sea, 300 to the shops and restaurants. Parking on the road, im front od building. Recommend!

Wonderful stay for the family!

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at Eden Charming House. It was the perfect little oasis away from the cities but close enough to drive and explore. We loved having our own quiet and private pool. The rooms were so spacious and everything was clean. It was within walking distance to the beach which was great. Paolo was super welcoming and gave us great tips for what to do and eat in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Contro: De inrichting is goed, wel wat gedateerd

Viihtyisä asunto uima-altainen lähellä merta.

Pro: Asunnon sijainti lähellä merta, mutta silti rauhallinen. Piha-alue viihtyisä ja rauhallinen uima-altaineen.

Contro: Asunnossa kaksi WC:tä mutta vain toinen niistä toimi kunnolla. Kylpyhuone ja wc kaipaavat modernisointia.
