Casa Tal - Exclusive home in Ortigia

Pro: Location perfetta e appartamento comodo e ben organizzato nonostante fosse su 3 piani.

Contro: Il riscaldamento invernale non era efficiente e servivano ore per raggiungere una temperatura adeguata.

Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of Ortigia.

Pro: Lovely modern apartment in the heart of Ortigia! So close to the beautiful old city. Comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need. Communication was easy.

Pro: Everything, it was a nice, calm vacation house . My children enjoyed it

Fabulous it was so easy to walk to bars restaurants and the supermarket, all a couple of minutes away.

Pro: The property was in the perfect location. Easy access to the town and all bars and restaurants. It was very quiet and parking was a very short walk from the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. It was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was lovely with plenty of storage and big walk in shower. It was perfect for us for exploring that part of Sicily.

Contro: The second bedroom at the top of the villa lacked some storage and the shower was very small and difficult to get in and out.

Pro: An amasing flat in an amasing place ín the hart of the old town.

Pro: Location was excellent. Very clean & modern. Exceptional interior decoration

Contro: Stairs were very steep. Very small upstairs shower area. Mezzanine aspect of upper floor accommodation not made explicit in description. Very small balcony & no external area for drying clothes

Pro: We entered the property thinking it was only an apartment. Wow! It was anything but. It was spread over 3 floors, which would make a perfect stay for a family or 2 couples sharing. The location was perfect and close to everything in the old town. The property was modern with every amenity you could wish for. The owners were also perfect hosts who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Pro: The place was amazing, it had everything we needed! It looks exactly like the pictures,

Contro: The only downfall was that is was an extremely noisy pocket! Lound music til late, people talking and walking around til late and even early in the morning.

Great place to stay and would highly recommend

Pro: Great location in historical centre walking distance to significant attractions Lovely well appointed home. Has the character of a historical building with contemporary decor. The property managers maintained regular communication with us and available if needing any support.

Contro: The main bedroom is on the ground floor and stairs to the main living area and mezzanine bedroom area are quite steep . This was not a problem for us but something to consider for people with mobility issues

Loved everything about it.

Pro: Fabulous location, balcony to sit and watch the world go by, clean, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, modern amenities.
