Una bellissima sorpresa!

Pro: È la prima volta che scegliamo una struttura distante dal centro ed è stato sicuramente molto meglio! Davanti casa è possibile trovare parcheggio e a 5 minuti c è una spiaggetta molto carina con acqua bassa ideale per i bimbi! A 15 minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro di Ortigia! L'host Loredana è sempre disponibile, presente e gentilissima! Consiglio vivamente Casa Ciuzza! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Casa pulita, accogliente, comoda e strategica a 10 minuti da Ortigia

Pro: A 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia ma con parcheggio gratuito, una casa pulitissima e davvero completa: dalla colazione a gli accessori. La vasca idromassaggio due posti funzionante, il letto comodo... Insomma non manca nulla. Per me, considerando anche il prezzo, è un 10/10 e lode, punto di riferimento per visitare Siracusa e Ortigia.

Contro: Nulla.

Pro: La casa è spettacolare. Non manca praticamente nulla ed è in una posizione strategica per visitare Ortigia e le attrazioni che si trovano nella parte nuova della città. I proprietari sono squisiti e attenti ad ogni piccola esigenza. È stata un'esperienza veramente fantastica

Pro: Casa pulitissima, a 15 minuti da Ortigia, vasca idromassagio e letti meravigliosi. Quel santo uomo che ci ha accolti ê rimasto sotto il sole ad attenderci.per non so quanto ma ci ha accolto col.sorriso

Pro: Sembrava di essere a casa,c'era di tutto...compresa lavatrice,stendino,ombrellone, un'infinità di prodotti da bagno,veramente molto accogliente.Appartamento nuovissimo e molto pulito

Contro: Mi è dispiaciuto solo che non ci sono finestre e l'ambiente risulta un po'umido

Comfortable, lovingly equipped apartment not far from Ortigia with only a few downsides

Pro: Very warm welcome from host Loredana, despite language differences. Cute and very lovingly furnished and equipped apartment even with a separate spa bath room (I did not use due to water scarcity in Sicily) - you felt the heart in every detail of each room. Big and comfortable bathroom with rain shower. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen area with big pre-filled fridge, a lot of standards like oil, vingear, salt and spices, and also many prepacked (typically sweet) breakfast options - loved the coffee machine. Smart TV with ready-to-use options. Only 15 minutes by foot from train station and Ortigia island.

Contro: The apartment lies on ground floor in a busy Siracusa area, so be prepared for a bit of street traffic beside the normal waste, although you do not hear it in the bedroom. The house just nearby had an adjacent staircase to the apartment (house) which use was pretty loud and woke me up every day early in the morning or sometimes late in the night. Also there were construction works (either in same or adjacent house). Something (probably the sink due to construction works) in the separate washing room emitted a very sharp stink for a 2 days.

Very clean house at great location

Pro: The location is great, and the house is very clean and fully equipped with all the necessary things. Besides, the host really have considered every small details to make the stay comfortable, like disinfection for wound, which really come in handy. She also asks us how is stay and contact her if we need anything.

Contro: It would be good to write on the booking website that included breakfast are supermarket bagged sweets, if we known earlier we would buy some different things on the way. The bed is a bit uneven but was not really bad.
