Exceptional Accommodation with comfort, superb facilities and an amazing garden

Pro: Exceptional accommodation, a fully self contained chalet apartment in amazing grounds overlooking the ancient quarry. Comfortable bed in a large bedroom, large hot shower in the bathroom with stunning views and a comfortable well equipped living/kitchen area. Private parking is available, but I generally parked in the nearby street without issues as the car was a little large. Francesca was very helpful throughout the stay. Simply the best accommodation I have stayed at in Siracusa

Contro: Narrow lane to the property in the dark, so generally parked on the street nearby with no issues. Francesca helped out and moved the car for me when I asked but I found it easier just to park on the street

Great view and sweet place

Pro: The appartement have a great view on the Latomia. It's nice to have a parking space. The appartement is well organized and comfortable. The host is friendly and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay !

Pro: Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Sie ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Toller Garten ! Die Aussicht ist super !

Contro: Der Pellettofen ist leider sehr laut,aber im Winter definitiv ein Vorteil zu haben!

Pro: Pokud hledáte klidné místo a vyčistit si hlavu, nehledejte dále, La Latomia Villa je to pravé místo.A paní Francesca je úžasná, která navíc respektuje vaše soukromí,proto se cítíte jako doma.

Contro: Es ist traumhaft schön und es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un magnifique endroit !

Pro: L’appartement est super propre, spacieux et très confortable, meublé avec goût, beaucoup de places de rangements, lit très confortable, grande et belle salle de bain, cuisine très bien équipée. Il se trouve dans un endroit très calme. Le jardin est extraordinaire, un havre de paix et de sérénité. On dispose de plusieurs jolies terrasses confortables, vue exceptionnelle sur les latomies. Francesca est très aimable et accueillante, toujours disponible et nous a donné plein de bons conseils. Merci, nous n’avons qu’un seul regret, c’est de ne pas avoir pu prolonger notre séjour !

Francescas Häuschen ist eine grüne und ruhige Oase mitten im belebten Syrakus.

Pro: Das geräumige, sehr gut ausgestattete und bequem eingerichtete Häuschen von Francesca hat uns als Selbstversorger jeden Komfort geboten. Es ist perfekt gelegen für Besuche in der Gegend, für Besichtigungen auf Ortigia oder zum Einkaufen. Das Haus mit seinem großen Garten war für uns der schönste Urlaubsort auf der Insel. Hier sind wir richtig runter gekommen. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr gut zu erreichen für individuelle Absprachen und Vereinbarungen.
