Pro: Villa sul mare eccezionale... struttura super attrezzata. Pulitissima e super confortevole. La signora ci ha addirittura lasciato le cialde del caffè per accoglierci al meglio. Consigliatissima. Speriamo di tornarci al più presto.

Pro: The villa is absolutely perfect! You can access beach right from the yard. Coast line is with stones, but in the watter there is sand on the ground. In the weekend bit crowded, but in a working days feels like privat beach. During mid-day heat, it is very comfortable to spend time under the big rubbertree. To stay here you will need a car, which you can park in the safe teritory of villa. Getting here is through the narrow street, but i guess it is nothing extraordinary in Sicily :D No grosary stores and many restorans here around, but you can access everything easaly with your car. Perfect place for visting Ortigia, Noto and Marzamemi. Villa has everything you need for short-term or long-term stay, very beautiful design inside and many spots for lazy rest outside in yard. Owner is a great host, very responsive and careful, easy to communicate in english. We where travelling with two kids, they are already asking, when we will go to this place next time? :D

Highly recommended for families
Pro: Very comfortable house, well equipped, cozy, with beautiful views and many chilling areas around the house.
Contro: It was clean, but not spotless clean. Some elements need refreshment.

Paradise in Sicily. For sure I will come again.
Pro: Everything. The garden, the view, the sun, the sea. You can rest in different places: outside terrace, under the trees, on the grass, on the beach, etc( the garden is huge equipped with a lot of facilities) and it is 10 m from the sea.

Pro: Am avut un sejur de 3 zile si am fost foarte placut surprinsi de cazare. Vila este pe malul marii si ne-am trezit dimineata in sunetul minunat de valuri. Are terase generoase, spatiu suficient pentru 6 persoane. 3 dormitoare separate, cu paturi duble si saltele confortabile. Gazda ne-a fost de mare ajutor, a raspuns prompt, ne-a permis sa folosim tot ce era in bucatarie (miere, ulei, cafea). Oricand vom reveni in Sicilia, o sa revin tot aici. Locatia la cateva minute de centre comerciale si de Siracuza.

Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.
Pro: Die ruhige Lage (wir waren Mitte Oktober zu dritt im Haus) des Ferienhauses ist großartig. In den Aussenbereichen gibt es an vielen Stellen schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Innenaustattung ist sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Die Vermieterin reagierte stets schnell per Message auf unsere Fragen.

Pro: Todo, la zona exterior muy amplia, muy bonita con zonas verdes bien cuidadas, un porche magnifico con zona donde comer y zona de descanso con unas vistas magnificas al mar. Acceso directo a una pequeña playa desde la misma casa. La casa muy completa y comoda, con todo lo necesario. La dueña, Sara, muy amable y atenta, pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Hubo un pequeño percance, una fuga de agua en el baño y lo solucionó rápidamente. Estuvimos encantados y es muy recomendable.
Contro: Todo estuvo muy bien. Por hacer una sugerencia, convendría cambiar las toallas, que están bastante usadas.

Pro: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden gerne wieder mal in der Villa Zeit verbringen. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Vielen Dank!

l'endroit parfait pour le repos et la baignade
Pro: La maison est parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque et bien plus, quel plaisir d'avoir sur place tous les produits l'hygiène nécessaires, les capsules nespresso déjà sur place, se faire un petit café en arrivant, quel plaisir, la déco est soignée, la literie est confortable. Accès privée à une petite plage, l'eau chaude et transparente bien que fin octobre début novembre et surtout comble du luxe, beaucoup d'espace, le propriétaire est très joignable et répond de suite au SMS. Rien à redire, j'aimerai pouvoir refaire un séjour ici.
