Contro: Odore di fogna nel bagno e acqua calda non a sufficienza per fare due docce di fila

Pro: Appartamento piccolo ma carinissimo. Posizione ottima per visitare Ortigia, vicina a tutte le zone più carine ma anche al parcheggio che è dall'altra parte del ponte L'host era gentile e disponibile.

Contro: Al mattino presto, se si tengono aperte le finestre è un po' rumoroso perché dà sulla strada .

Pro: This property is amazing! It is in a fantastic location. Walkable from the train station in about 20 minutes. Easy to walk to any part of Ortigia Island from the property. Located near bars and restaurants. The property is beautiful! There is plenty of space and all of the facilities needed to cook and eat in if you wanted to. The bed was very comfortable too. I will definitely return!

Pro: The apartment was great. It is quite small but has everything you could ask for. The beds are comfy, ac works well, the place is clean, there is a small kitchenette, many different utensils and appliances. Interior design of this place is superb, very stylish. Authentic tiles, old paintings neatly incorporated in an otherwise modern apartment. The location of the place is also great as is the host. A very kind and helpful person.

Contro: Pretty much the only thing we did not like during our stay was that there was a cockroach present. We informed the host about it and he said that it is somewhat usual for the Ortigia region during summer since it's very hot and humid. We got rid of it quickly and never saw one again but it still felt weird. The apartment is clean and tidy, it really just seems that it's the fault of this summer weather and maritime climate.

Lovely apartment, great location & fantastic value.

Pro: The apartment is perfectly situated in the historic centre of Ortigia. It's well presented, well appointed, and very clean. Our host, Fausto, met us on arrival at the apartment despite the late hour and was super helpful.

Contro: There wasn't anything we didn't like. We'd quite happily stay here again.

Pro: The appartement has an excellent location. The main spots are 5 to 10 min by foot only. The train station is also 15 min walk from the appartment. The appartment was very clean and very well equipped. Decorated with a lot of taste, Fausto mixed modern and old sicilian beautiful decor.
