A beautiful oasis in the middle of the city

Pro: The villa is an amazing oasis, set in a botanical garden with direct beach access right in the heart of Syracuse. There are so many lovely places to sit and soak up the views. The owner has tended her beautiful garden over many years and, as a gardener myself, I loved it. The beach is virtually private, with only a few local residents sharing it. The villa was very clean, with a comfy bed, and had everything we needed. The private parking was great.

Contro: The bathroom and kitchen area are very small. It didn't really bother us because we spent most of our time outside! There is quite a bit of road noise, as the villa backs on to the road, but we knew this when we booked.

Pro: Great house on the beach, everything you need for a stay. Very comfortable. Loved having the secure parking and space around.

Contro: Traffic can be noisey during the day but does quiten down at night.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book it again while visiting Siracusa!

Pro: The house has all amenities you need and was very clean. The garden is amazing with its plants and sea view.

Contro: You can hear cars and motorcycles on the street, but we got used to it quite fast.

Pro: We loved the garden with access to the beach. Was great to have the parking and it was a short walk into town. The apartment was great overall!

Contro: Check-in was later than expected, but we did not pre-arrange the time assuming it would be available anytime from check-in hours. Let the host know a time you are checking in to avoid delays.

Pro: Beach and garden were great! Everything in the house worked well.

Contro: Noise from the road. But it is everywhere in syra usa.

Pro: Der Strand direkt vor der Haustür und der schöne ung große Garten direkt in der Stadt für uns alleine.

Contro: Der Verkehrslärm, vor allem Nachts

Märchenhaftes Häuschen mit Garten und Strand

Pro: Einfach traumhaft. Ein kleines Häuschen in einem zauberhaften Garten mit eigenem Strand nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Alles blitzsauber, das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, in de Küche kann man gut auch aufwendiger kochen und dann im romantisch beleuchteten Garten speisen. Schade, dass wir dieses Häuschen nicht schon für unsere früheren Aufenthalte gefunden haben.

Contro: Die Kloschüssel ist in dem kleinen Bad so montiert, dass man quer sitzen muss, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pro: Přístup k privátní pláži, zahrada, posezení na zahradě.Široká postel, kuchyně fajn, pračka.

Contro: Trošku hlučná ulice, auta jezdí dlouho do noci a hned brzy ráno

Pro: la grandeur de la maison ainsi que celle du jardin fleuri et l’accès direct à la petite plage presque privée

Oaza . Najlepiej dla dwóch osób.

Pro: Idylliczne miejsce w Syrakuzach. Piękny ogród. Przepiękny widok na Ortigię.
