Pro: La grandezza della soluzione e l’arredamento confortevole.

Contro: Struttura senza ascensore

Pro: Struttura nuovissima e molto accogliente. Giulia, la proprietaria, ha fatto anche l’impossibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno unico! Vi è una pulizia impeccabile ed una cura del dettaglio fuori dal comune. Abbiamo ricevuto in omaggio anche delle paste di mandorla artigianali. Posizione strategica. Quando torneremo in Sicilia, non cercheremo altri alloggi perchè da oggi sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. Voto 10!

Contro: Impossibile trovare un difetto.

Casa perfetta per soggiorno a Siracusa/ortigia. Assolutamente consigliata

Pro: Appartamento nuovissimo, arredamento perfetto con bagno grande (phon che funziona benissimo!!) , terrazza attrezzata e discreta con ombrellone nuovo, lavatrice con sapone, cucina bellissima. Parcheggio sotto casa. Cadeaux di benvenuto.

Contro: Pur pensandoci non c’è niente che non era perfetto.

Pro: Che dire, prima di tutto ottima ospitalità e disponibilità per ogni esigenza, l'appartamento è completamente nuovo, molto comodo, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Ho apprezzato molto la doppia terrazza esterna anche se ho sfruttato di più quella inferiore con tavolo e ombrellone perfetti per rilassarsi e mangiare..il tutto nella totale riservatezza e tranquillità, lontani da occhi indiscreti e dal caos cittadino. A parer mio il pezzo forte è la doccia che rende il tutto ancora più rilassante e piacevole. Letto molto comodo e confortevole.

Contro: Unica piccola osservazione, ma nulla di così negativo, potrebbe risultare comodo qualche punto di appoggio in più nel bagno vicino al lavandino per avere le cose più a portata di mano anche se c'è il mobile vicino la doccia. Per il resto..tutto impeccabile!

Extremely well equipped AirBnB, just a short walk from Ortigia

Pro: The apartment is on the top floor, 45 steps up which for us was no problem but maybe for others. It is very warm in the stairwell. The apartment had very good air conditioning but not in the bathroom so that was warm although we could open the window for some ventilation. The apartment is the BEST AirBNB we have ever stayed in, it was very well equipped with everything we needed. Hair dryer available and Netflix on the TV. Recycling bags. Two mirrors in the bathroom. Welcome bottle of water in the fridge and small pastries as a welcome gift. Message was sent from the host on evening prior to departure advising what to do with the key.

Contro: The pillows are memory foam, ok if you like them and not enough for two each! The electric tripped out a couple of times and we had to walk to the bottom of the stairwell to flick the trip. The host was very quick to respond and advise us of this as the first time it happened it was after 21h00. Could do with another mirror in one of the bedrooms. No book to advise what to do when leaving the property. We left the recycling bags in their recycling bins which felt odd leaving them. Nowhere for bottles/glass to go.

Very clean apartment

Pro: Very clean apartment, near a beautiful piazza (a park actually). The apartment is located at 10 minutes walk to Ortigia Island.

A cozy apartment for a city trip

Pro: The apartment is well located on a quiet street. There are two nice café places nearby. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and welcoming. It is perfect for any type of traveller - couple, group of friends or family.
