Romantic apartment with superb view over Ragusa old town

Pro: This is such a beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view over Ragusa. I loved it 100%! Nice art and decoration. You can go from here to the old town (on foot), and Ragusa Superiore is also super reachable. Nice host who gives good instructions and recommendations.

Modern living in ancient Sicilian town

Pro: Great view from the roof terrace to the old town of Ragusa Ibla, very spacious and stylisch house, tasteful in-house design, wonderful play of colours, air conditioned rooms, everything one needs as a retreat from a heated Sicilian town. Church bells in the morning and skyline full of stars in the night. The roof top terrace house is splendid for a short or longer stay in Ragusa at any time in the year.

Amazing location, outstanding views

Pro: This was an amazing place to stay, just as the photos show. Ilenia was an amazing host, and she provided very detailed directions and videos for finding the unit (which is up and down some stairs off the street) and nearby free parking. We were able to drive or walk down to Ragusa Ibla, as well as in the other direction to Ragusa Superiore. The view was magical, morning, afternoon, or nighttime. ilenia also provided a number of restaurant and site recommendations, and the ones we used were outstanding. It was unfortunately too cold to spend a happy hour on the terrace, but we could sit inside and see the amazing view through the giant glass doors just as well. The beds were comfortable, with well-located electrical outlets, and there were plenty of towels, shower supplies, and kitchen supplies.

Contro: Nothing - we loved it! But a caveat that there are stairs to access the unit as well as interior stairs up to the living area and down to the bedrooms, and the roads are very narrow with many hairpin turns - not for the faint of heart (or legs!).

Pro: More than I could have asked for. As mentioned earlier the views spectacular. Very spacious and well appointed. The host responded immediately to text. She also offered suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing.

Pro: Estancia en Ragusa inmejorable. La casa es una auténtica preciosidad, reformada con muchísimo gusto. Y las vistas… te deja sin palabras. Nuestra estancia en Ragusa no habría sido lo mismo de habernos alojado en otro lugar. Repetiríamos siempre. Y Ilenia… tan atenta siempre. Gracias!
