Pro: Casa bellissima, non mancava nulla! Terrazza meravigliosa, posizione perfetta.

Contro: Unico neo: eravamo due famiglie con 2 auto, non c'è parcheggio, l'unica possibilità era parcheggiare davanti al garage ma spesso lo spazio non era sufficiente, per un'auto. Peccato.

Pro: Terrazza, da godere a Colazione e a cena. 3 bagni. Silenzio e tranquillità di notte. Letto comodo.

Pro: ottima posizione in centro città,posto auto dedicato,bella e comoda terrazza,casa adatta per famiglie,cucina ben attreezzata con stoviglie nuove,bagno in camera e bagno zona giorno,benissimo

The right house in the right location let and managed by the right people.

Pro: This was a great house just round the corner from the main square in Ibla, in fact was better that advertised we had a great time and would stay again. Thank you for your help and kindness.

Nice spacious house located on a perfect spot

Pro: - perfect location very close to the centre of Ibla - spacious well equipped property, we were four and had three bathrooms to choose from - parking spot - big terrace on the top, very nice - clean and tastefully decorated

Contro: - insects. Lots of ants, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms (I killed about 50 on the kitchen counter everytime I came there, though we never left any food) and even a big cocroach. Maybe these are seasonal problems - parking - you can park at the entry to property garage, but you get no residential card and you receive a disclaimer they are not responsible if you get a fine which allegedly never happened - for driving around the narrow streets of old Ibla you need a small car and/or good skill and/or courage - this is a general remark and a need to know, but not a negative point to the house itself - you need to sign a document: rental agreement between you and the owner which in my opinion is redundant as our commercial relationship is between guest and Booking com - in never saw the host and he still owes me a receipt of the city tax payment

Pro: Clean, air-conditioning worked very well. The location was great. Property Manager was fantastic.

Pro: Stunning location with great views and a two minute walk from the main square, restaurants and the Duomo, but nevertheless, very quiet and peaceful. Casa Alva is laid over two floors above the ground (access) floor and is both spacious and very well equipped. The decor is beautiful, with comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite shower rooms. We enjoyed the terrace every day, and it was great to have the washing machine. The private car parking space on the street was a major plus. We were delighted that we chose to stay in Ragusa Ibla, and Casa Alva was perfect for us.

Contro: Nothing! It was all superb.

Pro: The apartment is modern, with good amenities and everything you need. having 2 bedrooms (& en-suite bathrooms) on a separate floor would be great for people travelling as two couples or similar. The location is also v. central.

Contro: Before our departure day, the owner rang the bell and then let himself in to make us sign a 'tourist lease agreement'. We were not happy that he did not wait for us to open the door, but let himself in. We were also not happy to be pressured to sign an agreement in Italian that we could not understand. We communicated this via google translate - but he kept repeating 'lease agreement' in italian and pointing to the signature box whilst checking his watch.

Pro: Amazing property close to Duomo but very peaceful. Property is large and well stocked, rooftop terrace was great for breakfast and despite high temperatures could sit out all day as there is shade . Was able to park outside house at all times . Needed google translate for booking in but this wasn’t a problem

Pro: We booked this house before there were any reviews available which we never usually do but it looked so lovely. Luckily, a couple of reviews came in to reassure us. We had a great welcome from Salvo with whom we easily communicated via Google Translate. It's an impeccably clean, large house in a great location just behind the Duomo Piazza. It is well equipped and has 2 large bedrooms. The weather was a little too cool to allow us to use the balcony apart from a couple of breakfasts which was a shame. We were lucky that the ZTL was not active and parked in front of the garage every day. We reallly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to others.
