A volte serve poco per capire ciò che davvero ci rende felici

Pro: Casa molto bella ed accogliente, albe e tramonti fantastici. Aria condizionata super, terrazze da vivere. Doccia esterna un plus, risveglio al canto degli uccellini

Pro: La casa è molto curata, immersa in una campagna silenziosa, fra limoni e olivi. Le due verande esterne offrono una vista rilassante con il mare in lontananza. Lo stile dell'arredamento è minimale con l'area cucina ben attrezzata. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno per due coppie o una famiglia.

Ottimo soggiorno nella campagna siciliana

Pro: Posizione fantastica con vista sui campi ad agrumi e ulivi, e in lontananza il mare. Casa molto accessoriata e con ogni dotazione disponibile. Giuseppe host reattivo.

Una splendida casa vacanze nelle valli di Noto

Pro: La struttura è fantastica, nuova arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort. Dall’aria condizionata alla lavastoviglie, la lavatrice ed una fantastica ulteriore doccia esterna, oltre le 2 interne, dotata di acqua calda. È situata in una splendida vallata con vista mare oltre il panorama senza fiato circondata da ulivi secolari ed una miriade di alberi di limone che ti fanno capire di essere in Sicilia. Ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto. La vacanza è stata meravigliosa, ci siamo rilassati e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e accogliente. La consiglio ad occhi chiusi.

Dream house in the midst of olive groves, 10 km away from Noto

Pro: We (2 persons) enjoyed our stay very much and strongly recommend it! The house is brand new, very well equipped and clean. It is situated in the midst of beautiful olive groves and many lemon trees, with no immediate neighbours and only a few and always friendly farmers/workers coming by from time to time to briefly look after the olive trees, depending on the season. The house is located close to the SP19 street and allowes to reach, e.g., beautiful Noto, Syrakus, Ortygia, Ragusa and many different beaches. Our favorite beach was Carratois (esp. for a frequent use, since you have to pay a fee and for parking when visiting beaches in the ‚riserva naturale’). The nearest supermarket and pasticceria are within a 10 minute drive. The field road to the house is not too bumpy or difficult to drive. Be prepared for mosquitos (as everywhwere in Sicily). Guiseppe was great, proactive in communication and offered many recommendations, thank you!

Pro: Die ruhige Lage inmitten von Zitronenböumen mit Meerfernsicht

Grandioser Urlaub!

Pro: Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten einer Zitronenplantage, es ist sehr ruhig, der nächste Nachbar ist der Besitzer des Hauses und ist ca 200 m entfernt. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer und einer Toilette. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus hat eine riesige Dachterasse, von der man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Zum Naturschutzpark sind es nur ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Contro: Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, ein SUV oder Geländeauto ist hier klar von Vorteil! Ansonsten ist alles perfekt!

Fantastisch huis

Pro: Het huis is net nieuw, is zeer smaakvol ontworpen en ingericht. Wij voelden ons gelijk thuis. Fijne plekken om buiten te zitten. Je hebt er een prachtig uitzicht. Ƙortom een echte aanrader

Contro: We waren hier 5 nachten maar zouden er zo het dubbele kunnen zijn. Jammer om te vertrekken
