La struttura ideale per scoprire Modica.

Pro: La posizione: ottima. In una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dai ristoranti e dai locali del contro. A poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione. La casa ristrutturata di recente. Con un bel balcone fiorito.

Pro: Struttura singola e autonoma a due passi dal centro storico di Modica, curata nei dettagli, pulita, accogliente. Il titolare persona molto gentile e cordiale, tornerò sicuramente.

Pro: BOOK IT NOW!!! Fell in love with this apparment as soon as I've seen it. Tidy, large, beautiful, with all the needed stuff inside - kitchen, balcony, shower, large bedroom, washing machine, great location, you name it! Matress was soft (not my type, but someone likes it). Owners very kind, friendly, willing to help. Honestly i did not want to leave that place, i liked it so much even before i got there....:) p.s. if u have a car there is Monseratt restaurant with incerible breathtaking view 6 min drive away...

Contro: That i couldnt stay forever :(

Good location to access the centre of town

Pro: Location was good in terms of proximity to the centre of Modica. Gino sent us instructions to open up and then greeted us when we were inside. He also provided some delicious biscuits and other supplies to make a dinner if you wanted to. Coffee and water were also available. Our double bed was comfortable and most cleaning, laundry supplies were available.

Contro: Given it was a busy weekend in Modica there was a lot of passing traffic which was quite noticeable during the day until mid evening. Therefore sitting in the kitchen/lounge area was noisy. Thankfully the bedrooms were at the rear of the apartment so didn't cause too much problems. There is no door for the main bedroom which would have improved noise control and privacy. The second bedroom is directly accessed by the main bedroom with no door. This would suit a young family but not our adult children.

Pro: Wonderful flat, really nicely decorated with everything that you might need during your staying.The owner Gino is an incredibly nice and friendly guy who will help you to make the most of your staying in Modica.

Pro: 모든것이 좋았습니다. 호스트가 세심하게 신경 쓴 집이라는 걸 느낄 수 있었어요. 주차도 편했고 너무 번잡하지 않게 모디카를 여행하기 좋은 위치였습니다. 주방시설이며, 온수, 수압, 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 가스벨브를 못찾아 메세지를 보냈더니 사랑스러웠던 두 아이와 함께 바로 나타나서 해결해주셔서 감사했습니다. 추천합니다!
