Pro: It was a real pleasure to visit Casa Vacanza Noban. The apartment was really clean and cozy. It's got everything you need.

Pro: The nice house very close to the sand beach. The house is nicely furnished with all equipment you need for a week. It has nice big terrace and shower outside to wash out the sea water. Everything is very convenient. We were happy staying there. Thank you

One of the nicest homes in Santa Maria del Focallo

Pro: Great location, well equipped, stylish, squeaky clean, quiet, lovely garden areas and rooftop terrace, parking, all very private and safe, and with direct access to the beach via a sand path. I rented the place for my son and his spouse and they loved it. The hosts are very helpful and went above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. I’m a local, so I know it’s not easy to find places this nice in the area. Very reasonably priced too for what you actually get.

Contro: This isn’t a big deal, but I think the listing should describe more clearly that there are actually two homes on the property. There is plenty of space between them, and it wasn’t a problem for us as no one was staying in the other house, but if you’re looking for privacy, it might not be ideal in high season when places tend to be fully booked. Also, nervous drivers beware: the exit onto the curve in the main road is tricky and requires a spotter.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeber.

Pro: Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Mann fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Antonio und Familie! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃 Ein Auto ist hilfreich.

Contro: Die laute Strasse neben dem Haus….

Pro: Bardzo ładne miejsce. Plaża niedaleko domu. Znakomita baza wypadowa na Modica, Ragusa, Syrakuzy. Wyposażenie kompletne. Dziękujemy za gościnę.

Entspannender Aufenthalt in sauberem Ferienhaus mit direktem Strandzugang.

Pro: Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt neben dem Strand. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten (Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten auf 3 Seiten des Hauses + Dachterrasse. Fahrzeug ist hinter verschliessbarem Eingangstor sicher versorgt. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber.

Contro: Die direkt angrenzende Hauptstrasse bot entsprechenden Strassenlärm. Wer die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringt, stört sich nicht daran.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Naturstrand, perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern

Pro: Es ist ein wunderschönes helles und gepflegtes Haus, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man zum naturnahen Sandstrand. Hierfür standen 3 Strandliegen und 2 Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung durch die Familie war sehr zuvorkommend, im persönlichen Treffen aber nur auf Italienisch. Mit App und Übersetzer aber auch kein Problem. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, für Einkäufe etc. ist aber ein Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Contro: Durch die Lage an der Straße ist es tagsüber durch vorbei rasende Autos sehr laut, besser also auf der hinteren Terrasse aufhalten. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Solange das Wetter passt und man sich am Strand aufhalten kann, kein Thema.
