Pro: Siamo stati solo una notte, ma l'appartamento era molto ben tenuto e molto comodo, con due stanze separate con due letti matrimoniali. Al primo piano di una villetta, c'era anche un terrazzo dal quale godersi la bella giornata. I proprietari davvero gentilissimi.
Contro: Conviene decisamente avere l'auto per muoversi in zona.

ESPERIENZA PIU' CHE POSITIVA, LA NOSTRA SICURA SCELTA PER UN EVENTUALE FUTURO SOGGIORNO IN ZONA
Pro: Ottima soluzione per chi deve visitare Siracusa e dintorni. Posizione strategica, si raggiunge tutto in poco tempo. La casa è situata in un posto tranquillo e ha tutti i confort. La famiglia che la gestisce è davvero eccezionale, disponibile anche oltre il dovuto; il proprietario molto disponibile anche a darci consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare a siracusa. C'è un comodo parcheggio interno. Sufficiente la colazione.
Contro: Avrei preferito (ma non è una critica bensì un consiglio), trovare già in casa tutto per la colazione. Solitamente in frigo si trovano già latte succhi etc, e da mangiare dolci, fette biscottate ...insomma tutto il necessario per la colazione. L'host ogni giorno ci chiedeva cosa volevamo per il giorno dopo e ci portavo i cornetti caldi (quelli congelati) e succhi, quindi nulla da dire, ma avrei preferito avere più scelta e piuù \

Pro: Appena entri in casa si respira la familiarità e l'accoglienza. Tutto pulito e con tutto il necessario. Il mare è vicino alla struttura, 5 minuti a piedi. I proprietari ci hanno accolti come fossimo si famiglia. Tutto okay.

Perfect family holiday home to relax in
Pro: We had an amazing stay at Casita Lopez Holiday House. Nicole greeted us with a big smile and we were shown to our home. It was spacious, so very clean, and incredibly well equipped (especially the kitchen). The personal touches (including some mosi-coils) showed how thoughtful our hosts were. Our daughter even got a little stuffed-toy as a present. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our holiday house felt very much like home. Thank you again 💓

Pro: A very peaceful location away from city bustle. So you need a car. Easy to get to Siracusa. The hosts are incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the apartment is spacious and well-appointed. Highly recommended.

Pro: Surprised us so much! This was my favourite place to stay in Sicily. The family were so so lovely. Beautiful place to stay. Exceptionally clean. You couldn’t fault it. Really quaint accommodation and such a relaxing place. Host was so helpful and friendly I wanted to stay with her there! Perfect! All her animals are reduced which shows what a great heart she has!
Contro: Couldn’t stay there forever!

Pro: I liked everything without exception! This is just a beautiful place, a wonderful house where amazing people live! Spacious rooms and kitchen, beautiful veranda with barbecue and amazing views!

Pro: The place is FANTASTIC- starting from super sweet host (responsive, kind, offered free breakfasts, wine, muffins), location (quiet, close to the beach, close to stores and Siracusa, perfect spot for someone who has a car and wants to explore this part of the island), the apartment itself (comfy bed, clean, specious, with a big tarrace and parking at the property; the kichen was better equipped than my kitchen at home). The airco unit is only in the kitchen, but it worked just fine, only needed little longer to cool down the air inside the apartment. Eveything we might have needed was there: towels, shampoo, shower gel, dental sets, big bottle of water in the fridge, some small jams, biscuits; there was salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen.
Contro: Wifi wasn't the strongest. The view of the goat on a short chain at the property, at times without water, was not pleasant, same for a dog in a rather small pen- would love for them to get a place that meets their species needs.
