Eccezionale!

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di aria condizionata. La cucina ha tutto il necessario, i letti sono comodissimi e la terrazza con vista mare è splendida. La posizione è ideale: proprio davanti alla spiaggia. La zona è ricca di locali, ristoranti, enoteche e bar. Gli host sono gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno fatto trovare prodotti tipici del territorio al nostro arrivo. Cosa molto gradita. Speriamo di poter ritornare presto! Consigliatissimo!

Pro: We had the best stay! Such a wonderful home with a lot of space, a wonderful big balcony with the most amazing view over the sea and everything you need close by. A Cozy beach and great fish restaurants are just down the street, and Avola is a lovely local city to explore with markets, shops and the best cafés and restaurants. The owners are so warm and helpful! The perfect spot for a holiday, and we can really recommend the place!

Pro: The apartment was so beautiful and spacious, light and with beautiful details everywhere. The location just on the beachfront and with a big garden - everything felt luxurious and inviting. Sergio the host met us late in the evening and gave us the keys and explained how things work. Also it is a closed gate to the property so it made us feel very relaxed and safe. We enjoyed the short walks to many cozy restaurants and also we made dinner on the lovely balcony a couple of times. Everything about our stay was comfortable and pampering. Thank you so much !

Pro: Everything: the location, east access to the beach, private garden and porch, large terrace, amenities in the house. Absolutely perfect!

Pro: This apartment has a really nice Italian charm and is very spacious for group of six. Kitchen is well equipped for own cooking and there are some restaurants very close by (visited by locals so they must be OK :)). Sandy beach right in front of the house was very popular during heat weather and even late in the evening. Our hosts vere very welcoming and always available to either help with everything we needed or provide suggestions and advice how to navigate around. Only downsides are that the grocery store is some 15 mins walking and the garden is not private but shared with downstairs neighbors with kids. And the sea wiew from terrace gives beautiful morning sunrise and evening moonshine moments.

Lovely large apartment with beautiful sea views

Pro: The apartment is in a great location just across the road from the sea and close to local restaurants. It has huge balconies that look out to the sea and make a lovely spot to eat. It is a very large space with two newly renovated bathrooms which are lovely. The style throughout is a bit different to what I find are often bland rental properties. There are beautiful tiles and pieces of furniture and you really feel like you're experiencing an Italian home. The kids loved the fact that there was a garden and large patio area to play in too and all the beach equipment you could need is also available. We loved the basket of goodies provided including homemade marmalade and the local wine. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return soon!

Pro: We loved the house. Owners were there for any question. Really nice welcome basket as well with local product. A lot of space. Really nice terraces with view on the sea. Bathrooms beautifully renovated. Just all perfect

Beautiful stylish villa with a spectacular seaview

Pro: The seaview and the terrace was spectacular. We loved the design of the house. It was comfortably furnished and perfectly clean. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The beach was just across the street in fron of the house. Nearby are nice restaurants and a pesceria where we bought fresh seafood. We do hope to come back!

Lovely spacious house

Pro: The house was spacious, it had everything one could possibly need, the hosts have been very kind and accommodating and have helped us and provided very good recommendations

Contro: Only one room had air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep at night considering the temperature was nearly 40 degrees Celsius, we did inform the host, and she kindly accommodated us with a fan. Although this helped, it didn't fully replace a good working air con.
