Bellissima vacanza in un posto tranquillo, nel appartamento stupendo, con bellissimi arredi e propri

Pro: Appartamento stupendo, con bellissimi arredi e tutto il confort. A due passi da mare, e si trova a un punto strategico per visitare altri posti. Garage grande e comodo. Proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto trovare il frigo pieno ( frutta, acqua ,vino e spumante) in piu tanti asciugamani.

Contro: Niente

Consigliatissimo.

Pro: La posizione è strepitosa: ci si sveglia con il rumore del mare, basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere una bellissima spiaggetta. Avola è molto tranquilla, e un posto strategico per visitare la zona. Le bici in dotazione sono un'ottima soluzione per fare un giro per la città. I proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

Comoda e accogliente!

Pro: Nell'appartamento non manca proprio nulla, c'è tutto il necessario e anche di più: acqua, brioche, tè, caffè, spumante, marmellate, fette biscottate ecc... Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Complimenti. Pulizia molto buona, anche negli spazi esterni.

Contro: Spazi esterni separati da altri appartamenti mediante siepi basse o tende che non consentono una privacy adeguata.

Pro: alloggio sul lungomare,a pochi metri da una spiaggia libera o attrezzata, moderno e pulito, attrezzato di tutto . ottimo Wi-Fi, completo di abbondante biancheria da bagno e per cucina. proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. accoglienza fantastica. A poca distanza dalla Marina di Avola con abbondanza di locali. due spazi esterni completamente attrezzati con arredo da giardino anche per pranzare all’aperto, biciclette e garage a disposizione. veramente tutto ottimo!

Great stay

Pro: Location is great and the apartment is very cozy and clean. The host really made it very welcome and pleasant.

Contro: Neighbors were a bit noisy.

The perfect location for a holiday

Pro: The hosts were very kind and always available for anything, the facility had everything one may need, on arrival the fridge was full of drinks, a bottle of local wine, water bottles, sodas. There was enough coffee for a whole week and essentials for breakfast for a few days. They provided us with bikes, sun umbrellas and towels for the beach. The washing machine worked perfectly and the apartment was complete with laundry detergent. The beach was just a few meters away, as well as bakeries and restaurants. The AC and the wifi worked without any issues. It was possible to park the car underground just one floor below the apartment and the garage can be locked. The bathroom and toilet were clean and equipped with many towels. The area is extremely quiet both during the day and at night, regardless of being on a main road by the coast. The apartment is close to many main locations such as Siracusa, Vendicari and Noto.

Best stocked and most comfortable ever!

Pro: We have traveled a lot. This was the best stocked place we have ever rented! You know when you first arrive and you just need a beer or wine, some coffee or juice and nibbles. Daniela had it all for us....it was everything needed for the first day and especially important-the next morning and many mornings after. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos too! The patio was pretty incredible and the bikes a nice touch. Short walk to a great beach and restaurants.

Contro: I cannot say there was anything lacking here. No negatives for us.
