Vacanza piacevole in famiglia
Pro: Abbiamo passato 4 giorni bellissimi in famiglia alla Tenuta Green House. Appartamenti puliti e comodi, giardino curato e piscina stupenda per grandi e piccoli. Posizione ideale per visitare Avola, Noto.... Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Vacanza rilassante e da consigliare!
Contro: Per una famiglia di 10 persone l’esperienza è stata molto positiva; un aspetto migliorabile riguarda la non uniformità di utensili e stoviglie tra i 3 alloggi, poco pratico.

Un giardino incantevole e una casa ben curata
Pro: La casa è davvero incantevole, con una vista molto bella sul paesaggio intorno e sul mare di Avola. Il giardino è la parte che piu' ci ha sorpresi, con una grande piscina, tanti lettini e piante curate. La zona circostante è poi immersa nel verde e offre molta tranquillità. I proprietari sono stati super socievoli e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. È stato il luogo perfetto per vivere una vacanza in compagnia e relax. Consiglio vivamente questa villetta a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante!

Paradise in Sicily
Pro: Everything was more than perfect! We loved the place from the moment we checked in. Amazing host, kind and assertive. The best part is the beautiful pool and garden- breathing!!! Just like the pictures in booking. The place had everything that we needed. It was perfect for our group. The view from the house was mesmerising. Overall I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back myself with the whole group- they loved it just as much !

Great pool and location near Noto, for 2 single bedroom apartments.
Pro: Fantastic pool and spacious garden, great location only 10 minutes from Noto and 5 minutes from Avola.
Contro: Advertised as a 2 bedroom house, but is instead 2 seperate 1 bedroom apartments (30m apart) each with kitchen and bathroom, and one with lounge and dining space. Not basics/essentials provided, like coffee pods for machine, mocha pot (of sufficient size), bathroom soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, washing powder/liquid - some of which was provided upon request.

We are a family of 6 (4 children from 22, 20, 15 and 12) and we had a wonderful week at Tenuta Green House.
Pro: What we liked the most: - the beautiful and large swimming pool - the 2 clean, functional and comfortable apartments - the location near the beaches of Avola and the pretty baroque towns of Noto and Syracuse - The property furnished with a lot of style and having a beautiful quiet garden - Paolo's availability and excellent service

Pro: Das Ferienhaus hat einen sehr schönen großen gepflegten (abends beleuchteten) Garten und Pool mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die überdachte Veranda oberhalb des Pools haben wir gerne genutzt. Die drei Apartments sind gut ausgestattet (mit leiser Klimaanlage). Wir fühlten uns dort sicher, da das Gelände eingezäunt ist und mit Sicherheitskameras überwacht wird. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Es wird ein Auto benötigt, das Haus ist günstig gelegen um die Umgebung zu erkunden (mehrere Supermärkte in 5 Minuten Entfernung). Beim check-in gab es einen deutschsprachigen Empfang durch Maria.

Endroit très calme et ensoleillé, en milieu naturel, parfait pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis
Pro: Le propriétaire habite juste a côté, c'est une personne très sympathique et qui n'hésite pas a aider en cas de besoin. Le cadre et la piscine sont exceptionnel ainsi que tout le matériel mis a disposition. La région permet plusieurs activités a maximum 1h de route.

Séjour tranquille dans un très beau cadre.
Pro: Tranquillité au bord de la piscine, parc bien aménagé avec goût, les hôtes sont très sympathiques.
Contro: Les fêtes chez les différents voisins. Il faudrait améliorer l'équipement en vaisselle car il n'y avait pas de plat, ni cafetière, des prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas dans le coin cuisine
