Excellent property and host

Pro: Beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Clean with plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. All the rooms are a good size. Kitchen was well stocked, including some water and a welcome package to get us going. The villa owner, Fabrizio, was outstanding. Helpful before arriving with lots of information and so attentive while we were there to ensure we had a great stay. Actually ordered a birthday cake for one of our group which was a lovely surprise for her. We were a little short of coffee cups initially, but after one text, he brought more round the following day. Superb. Read on an early review that the pool was salt water. Didn't find it very salty. Lovely and clean with long poles so you can fish insects out if they drop in. Location about 15-20 mins from lots of restaurants on Ortigia island. About 1 hrs 50 to Etna. 30 mins to Noto, which is very worth a visit.

Pro: We had a great stay at Fabrizio’s place – everything was clean, well-kept, and just as described. The location was perfect, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit.

We were greeted by Fabrizio and his family who had brought us pizza and arancini which was just perfect after a long day

Pro: The pool, the security of gated entrance, plenty of space, beautiful beach nearby. Fabrizio and his family really made our stay, nothing was too much trouble for them, there was plenty of food and drinks waiting for us on arrival, these extra touches are what make this place special.

Contro: Location was good if you are looking to travel around the coastal area, there is a small local cafe to get bread but the local shop and the restaurant on the beach were both closed, possibly as we were too early in the season. Which did mean we had to travel a bit more than expected.

Pro: The house and pool were fabulous. The host was very kind and always available if we needed him.

Contro: We liked everything about the accommodation.

Pro: A very nice house for summer get away. Hosts were incredibly generous with their attention and hospitality.

Toller Kurzurlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa

Pro: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir über Sylvester dort waren konnten wir den tollen Pool nicht nutzen - das müssen wir irgendwann mal nachholen. Ruhige Lage, aber mit dem Mietwagen war alles gut und einfach zu erreichen. Fabrizio- der Besitzer- hat uns super gut betreut. War immer ansprechbar und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Bei Anreise am 2. Weihnachtstag,ohne Möglichkeit einzukaufen, stand eine Grundversorgung mit Nudeln Pesto Plätzchen Kuchen Baguette und cannoli und vielem mehr bereit ! Wir waren geflasht von der tollen Gastfreundschaft! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen! Danke Fabrizio!

Amazing Villa for family and friends

Pro: This Villa was awesome, clean and had anything that is neccessary to spend a nice vacation with friends and/or family. The host is probably what makes this Villa exceptional as option, since he is very responsive (and quick at it, almost instant) and helpful. It was also very nice of him to leave a dinner for us, drinks and amazing variety of desserts. Overall very happy with the choice.
