Elegante appartamento nel cuore di Siracusa

Excellent, would stay again

Pro: This apartment was a pleasure to stay in (we were there for a week). It was very light and spacious, decorated in an appealing blend of modern/minimalist and vintage touches. The kitchen was great - all amenities and very well stocked. We appreciated the welcome pack left by Mario. It was also nice to have a separate area to wash and dry clothes. The air conditioning was very efficient, with a 'quiet' setting for nightimes. The three ensuite bathrooms were modern and clean, the bedrooms had plenty of hanging space. You could sit out on a balcony, although only urban views from here. It was well situated, 10-15 mins walking to the entry to Ortigia, or to the archeological park and we had no problem parking the car on street locally. The apartment had a secure off street entrance, and the local area itself felt very safe. Good supermarket near by. Loved our stay in Siracusa. Thank you Mario!

Contro: Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbours - but common in apartment blocks!

Pro: Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα τριών,δωματιων ανακαινισμένο πρόσφατα. Πολυ καθαρό..Μεγαλο σαλόνι και κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος.

Contro: Εξωτερικά η οικοδομή και η είσοδος. Το ένα δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό δύσκολα άνοιγες δύο βαλίτσες.

Unul din cele mai bune locuri de cazare in care am stat!

Pro: Una dintre cele mai bune locuri în care am stat! Totul este nou și foarte curat, fiecare cameră are baie proprie- un mare plus pentru grupul nostru, bucătăria este complet utilată, iar balcoanele sunt perfecte pentru relaxare. Cu siguranță aș reveni!

Absolutely Amazing apartment close to ortiggia!

Pro: This apartment is absolutely AMAZING! By far the best place we stayed during our entire trip to Sicily. Everything is completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, brand-new appliances, laundry facilities, an espresso machine, and every little detail you could possibly need—and more. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Ortigia, but well worth it for the quality and value of the apartment. We stayed in several other places across Sicily, and none even came close to this one. The location is perfect—close to coffee bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. The host, Mario, welcomed us warmly with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful touch. We stayed here as a family, and it was perfect thanks to its three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting the area!
