Bella struttura, accogliente in ottima posizione

Pro: Posizione ottima nel cuore di Ortigia, a circa 200 metri dal parcheggio Talete. Staff gentilissimo, su richiesta ci ha permesso di entrare nella struttura fin dalle 12 anzichè alle 15 e questo ci ha agevolato molto sia per i bagagli sia per il caldo che avremmo dovuto sopportare per 3 ore. Struttura molto carina su 3 piani (piano terra soggiorni/cucina e bagno) primo piano camera matrimoniale con piccolo terrazzo e climatizzatore, secondo piano camera con divano letto matrimoniale con grande terrazza e climatizzatore.

Great location and value for money, but the apartment needs better lighting, ventilation, and safer stairs.

Pro: Overall a good stay, but with some drawbacks The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is decent and offers good value for money, especially for a group of four. However, it could use some improvements. Lighting inside was quite dim, and there was an unpleasant smell—likely because the unit is partially underground. Also, access can be challenging: there are steep stairs leading up, and the railing on the upper stairs was unstable, which made it harder to climb safely. If you’re okay with a few inconveniences, it’s still a reasonable option for the price, but a few updates would really enhance the experience.

Pro: Great location , near to everything. The local cat adopted us, We did feed her and she was great company. We were sad to day goodbye to her. We would visit again.

Contro: In the next house the roof lights were on all night, and that made sleeping with window open and enjoying the lovely less enjoyable. But that is something that can be easily fixed.

Pro: Bra läge i Ortiga, smidig in- och utcheckning.Trevlig terass. Hjälpsam värd.

Contro: Smala branta trappor. Vi kunde inte ta upp våra resväskor till sovrummen på våning 2 och 3
